I came to this shop on Monday for a simple tire change. The very next day I had flat tire. I went to a nearby tire shop and found out that all 4 of my tires had a slow leak. The owner sprayed all 4 tires with soap water in front of me to show me that the leaks were coming from the valves. They were all damaged and should have been replaced. He told me that who ever put on my tires should have informed me of that. I called Sam the next day to inform him that I had to pay an additional 150 to fix the valves and he simply told me it’s not his problem and that he would not reimburse me. A simple tire swap ended up costing me 300$. After reading other reviews it seems like these guys refuse to reimburse you for there mistakes.

Excellent Service and Honest Team!
I’ve been bringing my car to Hwy 7 & 50 Automotive for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with their service. Sam and the team are friendly, knowledgeable, and always take the time to explain what needs to be done without pushing unnecessary repairs. Their prices are fair, and the work is always done right. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but these guys definitely go above and beyond. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and professional automotive service!

After several visits here to put in some serious lapsed maintenance on my Ford Edge Sport I won't go anywhere else. They offer parts and prices which are outstanding in quality. The tech working on your vehicle brings it around once completed and is more than available to talk to you about the work. I have been brought into the shop to look at the work as it progresses, to set my mind at ease once the problems are revealed. The owner works hard to to keep people on the move, leaving customers confident in the excellent, transparent and caring service they are receiving. I drive over an hour to get to them, leaving hundreds of greasy shops behind me. I am usually very reserved with my praise, but these guys get it.

I always bring my cars here for repairs even though I live 30+ minutes away from this shop. Sam and his team will honestly tell you what is urgent to repair right away and what can wait. Prices seem to be reasonable too.

Six months ago I brought my car for alignment after getting new tires installed. They did it without showing before and after results, and I believed them.The car did not feel any different. Now one of the tires lost almost 40% rubber compared to the other tires. Won't recommend this place.

Upon first coming in after being rear ended on the 427 an asian gentleman(i dont remember his name sorry its been a while) gave me a speedy estimate for my repair cost which let me open up the OPP police report. After that I came back to drop off my damaged vehicle, filled up some paperwork and they had me off in one of their personal rental cars quickly. Fast forward a couple weeks and im back in my car, feeling brand new. Thanks to Christian, Mike, and their entire team for making this repair easy and stress free, updating me on the vehicles condition as they repaired it.
