I've been with UNITUS for a long time and they are everything I wanted in a community credit union. They provide professional and friendly customer service and always are willing to answer questions and give assistance with loans, name changes and other administrative transactions. I feel that my private information and bank information are safe with UNITUS.

I needed to deposit a business check from Arizona using the APP on my cell because Unitus Community Credit Union does not have a branch in this State.
The check was higher than the allowed limit. I called the Branch Manager. He answered the phone and brainstormed three different options with me. I had to have the funds available within 5 business days.
Thanks to the Branch Manager taking action, going the extra mile, calling me back and confirming every step via email, all went well and my banking experience was - as always- exceptional, personal and professional. Thank you for going the extra mile Mr. A.J.

Friendly staff, speaking several languages, they have a credit union ATM out front that charged no fees to withdraw funds from my BECU account in Washington state.

As a very long time member, I've had many positive (and some not so positive) experiences at this branch, both at the current and prior location. We were helped by Baydon the past few times, and I have to say, as long as they keep hiring and fostering such high quality individuals, Unitus will continue to earn our business. Authentically personable and knowledgeable about their products and services, Baydon has been exemplary of professionalism in banking or any field for that matter. Keep up the great work Baydon, and Unitus!

I needed to get a trust account set up and Joda made it seamless. She verified all my information and Jaycob was able to open the account for me. I appreciate the above and beyond help they both provided when I was overwhelmed with tasks up to this point. I highly recommend Unitus as a financial institution and their customer service is exceptional. Thank you to everyone at the branch that helped me along the way. It has not gone unnoticed.

Do not bank here! Their fraud prevention is a joke. I was a fraud victim. I caught it on my own, notified their fraud department while the charge was still pending.
They allowed it to go through anyhow, cancelled my card, informed me I had to wait 7-10 business for a new one, or pay $60 to have it sent express mail. I'm not certain what they expect me to do as far as making purchases goes, but I'm left to figure this out on my own.
This institution is less than helpful. Take your business elsewhere!

Restrictions on account?? Why ?? Who knows they aren't telling me.. please help and I will fix this review. JMTerrible management and give no reason for not access to online banking. Due to this post thru locked me out of my account. Punitive and illegal tactics. They won't fix anything over the phone and are requesting I show up in person. They won't even call me for virtual appointments. Terrible bank bit nice customer service workers. Just evil upper management.

DRIVE UP ATM – Dispenses cash in $1s, $5s, $20s, $50s - The newer bank location off 3215 SW Cedar Hills Blvd next to Oswego Grill is the only drive up, and drive through ATM in town that I've seen that distributes cash in $1s $5s $20s and $50s ... so fancy and convenient, especially for disabled people and during harsh weather. You can even choose which bills you want. Easy to reach the control pad out your driver side window, newer ATM machine. Although I don't currently bank at Unitus, they partner with my small credit union, so thankfully no ATM fees for now. Otherwise no drive-up teller window, used to be a B of A prior, sits in large shared shopping center with lots of parking. I've also seen these modern ATMs inside the entry way at other Unitus branches.

The new location is right in the middle of the crammed traffic of Cedar Hills. There is no drive through, just a drive up ATM. Inside there is no table or pen for when you need to deal with actual paperwork. The only time i really HAVE to come to the bank is when I have checks or need a teller. I really like Unitus, but I hate the new location.

Kevin Moon, a mortgage officer at Unitus, is an incredible lender for folks beginning their home-buying journey. My partner and I are first-time home-buyers, and we knew we wanted to work with a credit union since they are non-profit financial institutions and have a closer connection to understanding and serving the various financial needs of the community. We couldn't be happier with choosing Unitus, and Kevin was extremely attentive, available, and active in guiding us through buying a house for the first time. In addition to working with us with grace and compassion as we filed our application, Kevin made himself available during the holidays since we started the closing process in mid-December. For any questions we had during after-hours and weekends, Kevin was only a text away. Couldn't recommend Kevin enough, especially for younger homebuyers who are looking for someone with competence, understanding, and accessibility.

I’ve used Unitus for years (decades?) for checking, savings, CDs, loans etc. I’ve always been impressed with their service. This week I had a specific situation that required a little out-of-the-box assistance and Ashkan, the Branch Manager in Beaverton, was extremely helpful. Thanks!
