Well... 6 months later here we are again! Came back up from California to pickup a 2020 BMW X3 from Kendall. I had let Auston know I was looking for a good hatchback or SUV and he reached out to tell me they took in an X3 that matches my 340i down to the interior. Came up that weekend and traded in my Dodge Charger Scat Pack for it and drove back home. Once again cannot recommend Auston and Kendal BMW more. They are so easy and professional to work with that I literally bought a second BMW.

I had the pleasure of purchasing my personal first BMW with Spencer. For such a young man, he holds himself so well throughout the buying process. He made it as painless as possible and always checked in with us, purchasing from Klamath it can be a bit of a hassle, and he was even willing to deliver the car on his day off…. That’s customer service. BMW and the Kendall team have a gem amongst them. Thank you Spencer for your hard work and putting together this awesome deal. I appreciate you and the team very much!
Seriously if your looking for a upscale vehicle, go no further then BMW and Ask for Spencer!

I recently purchased a vehicle through Kendall and the overall experience was great. Will was extremely helpful and made me feel comfortable with the process. Shout out to Jamie and Hailey as well. Never felt like a mark here and was treated with dignity and respect. Definitely would recommend!

The whole buying experience was fantastic. Bought a 2005 M3 form them they helped handle all the paper work and set up shipping for the car as I live in Texas. Car is amazing and would 100% buy from them again without a second thought.

PS: To the previous owner, if you see this clearly you cared about the car, its going to be taken care of.

We ended up at BMW of Bend because we couldn't locate the car we wanted anywhere else, including numerous other states. We own a small dealership in Eugene, and to be honest, never really planned on purchasing at a franchise dealership. HOWEVER, that said, if there was a franchise dealership to purchase from, this would be the one. From the personal service we received from Damon over the phone, prior to purchase, to the immediate follow up from Max Orsini once our credit apps were submitted, to the fabulous and easy going experience we had with Auston Gessow when he delivered the vehicle, it was far more pleasant than expected. The car was a gift from my husband, and not only was everyone at the dealership super enthusiastic about helping us celebrate, but they made the reveal super special, and memorable. They didn't go over board with a bunch of placating compliments, they all were very down to earth and genuine. It is obvious they have a true appreciation for BMW as a whole. They were gracious and kind, and when we said we needed to move things along to get back to where we live, they were super accommodating and didn't make us wait around endlessly. Truly, it was a great experience.

This was my first purchase of a vehicle from BMW of Bend. I was extremely pleased by the experience generally. BMW makes an excellent product and I have owned many BMWs over the years. The quality of the buying experience is a product of the people working at the dealership. And these folks deserve the highest marks. Will Warne, my BMW Client Adviser, is deserving of 10 stars (I’m limited to 5). He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and responsive. I particularly enjoyed his sense of humor. Kudos as well to Tim Long for making the money discussion easy and, if you can believe, enjoyable. And my compliments would not be complete without expressing my thanks to Mattie in finance. BMW of Bend, thank you for selling me a great car and giving me a great experience in the process.

Customer service above and beyond. I rolled into Bend at 5:00 and noticed there was a horrific scraping sound coming from the right rear tire. Was picking up my niece and she heard me coming from 2 blocks. Called these guys at 5:15, they called me back at 6- after official closing time. Told me to come in first thing at 7:30. Service manager was there to greet me. Signed the form for 30 minutes of labor- I was just relieved they'd look at it. He thought he knew what it was just by hearing it - a cinder trapped in the brake pad. Put it on the the lift took off the tire, spun it- nothing. Looked around on the ground and there the offender was, just like a kidney stone. They waived the 30 minute labor charge and sent me on my way. You don't get Customer service like that anywhere. These guys have it. Thank you.

Went to BMW of Bend for Oil and Filter service and vehicle check. My car has 15,000 mi. My husband brought home an invoice for over $800. Service department manager very unprofessional and rude, just because I was questioning the invoice for services. I got other opinions from other people and did some research so this is why I was questioning them. They did only the oil/filter change which was fine after I declined the other services. I then took my car to another (reputable) business here in Bend and got an Air Filter and will take my car back to them for the other services when needed. There costs were a little less. The Service Manager at BMW told me to never bring my car back in for service which is perfectly fine with me. I was'nt going to anyway. Very strange experience. In my opinion they have changed their business practices.

Just have to post this about BMW of Bend…Elliot in service was amazing!! He was so professional and so alert to my (drop-in) situation with a tire getting punctured on my new Beamer…they ordered and rushed it in (which takes a few) but he set me up with a great loaner -car??? iX !! I thought I’d have to rent a car
We’ve always bought our cars from BMW of Bend because of super great people who give like no other dealership…always! We will continue to support and shop for our future hot BMWs here in our hometown! Thanks Elliot!

Auston was a fantastic salesperson to work with. We never felt like he was pressuring us or just trying to make a sale. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and supportive of our priorities. When a used BMW came in that fit our specs he remembered what we wanted and called us right away (even though several weeks had passed since we had been in to the dealership) so we could be the first to make an offer on it. I would 100% work with him again.
