First time in a long time my get nails are lashing and my cuticles aren’t coming up! My favorite part is that the nail technician was very sweet but didn’t make cringy small talk!

I'd love to give this shop a better review, honestly! The staff was nice and the shop looked clean.
However, I paid $70 for an acrylic full set that didn't last three whole days. The acrylic was uneven, the nail shape was crooked, and they all popped off throughout day three because they hadn't been put on correctly.
I'm extremely disappointed that they didn't last and that they looked crooked and not done professionally. Unfortunately, I won't be going back or recommending this place. I feel like it was a complete waste of $70.

A hidden gem! Staff is kind and professional and the salon itself is spotless. Polished is the best pedicure I’ve found in Bend, my French Pedicure is perfect every time.

Great little nail place right outside of Macy's. It's pleasant and clean and I got an excellent pedicure and my mother got a manicure she was happy with. All of the operators were pleasant and efficient without the catty/sullen vibe that some of these places can have. Would definitely go again.

Honestly the best experience at a nail salon I’ve ever had! The owner, Nick, was incredibly nice and customer service oriented. The quality of my nails (gel full set) was excellent! Tran took the time to make sure they were done well, and asked a couple times during the process if they were the correct shape and length. As a bonus, they offer complimentary beverages! I will come here every time I need my nails done, and I would recommend them to anyone!

A friend referred me to this salon and so glad she did!!! They are tucked inside the Mall outside of Macy’s. Very professional, clean and personable. I had my dip nails done by Kristen and love them.
