Josh is a wonderful tow truck driver. He helped our family after we got stuck outside of Arlington. We had already been down for 30 min in 117' weather with no shade, trying to get help from our insurance. He arrived only about 10 minutes after we called him, got us in a.c. with cold water right away and is smart and efficient at what he does. He's curtious on the phone and very helpful. Reasonable fees and great service are his winning combination! Thank you Josh!

Absolutely horrible business!they do not stick to the law and don't allow you to get any items out of impounded car! Not even medication, you refuse to let me get my personal property out of the car I have been there several times and spoke to you and the police even said I should be able to get my belongings. You refused to let me in the impound to retrieve my belongings etc,Service: Car towing

The driver was polite and friendly, good at his job, and made a bad situation easier to deal with. Towing is never cheap, but the price was still fair.

Helped me out best they could. Nice fellers. Pretty astronomical prices for a tow that was few blocks up the road. $250 is pretty ridiculous.

The young man that helped us out yesterday was great. My lower review stems from the lack of clarity with extra fees. $30 to use a credit card and $95 for an after hours fee. None of this was communicated. It was over $500 to tow 15 miles. This price is absurd.Edit: I changed my review from 3 to 1 star after the owner replied with a rude comment to my review, which mysteriously isn’t showing up. The response I just got is ridiculous- I have every right to be upset about lack of communication on fees! This was not paid by insurance, it’s out of pocket. And these people falsely quoted us. We should have gone with someone else, but we were in desperate need at the time.

Let me start by saying everyone has bad days. J&S people may have just been having one of those days. But basically we call for a tow and there was some miscommunication about our location. Fine. They told us they were going to increase the price but could still come, and it would take another hour. Again, fine. I’m not unreasonable. People make mistakes, including me and people at j&s. I would have paid. But they were rude. Sure maybe frustrated at the misunderstanding. But they went on to tell me “good luck getting another tow” several times. I want to be clear, I would have understood and paid the increased price had they just been nice about it. So I called another company and they were able to get to me in 30 mins. Then I called back to cancel with j&s and they again were rude and told me no other company would come out, even though I just told them I had found someone else. So not a great experience. But hey, maybe they were just having a bad day.

Great response for my truck and horse trailer stranded and broke down in Boardman. Nice people saving me and helping me get to dealership (Hermiston Dodge) and horse stable in Kennewick. THEN second breakdown! Back to Hermiston Dodge. I highly recommend for travelers in trouble with vehicle breakdowns.Services: Special vehicle towing

J & S Towing Company is exceptional. Their towing service deserves high praise for excellent customer service, quick response time, and flexibility. I had the pleasure of using their services recently when I was stranded at a rest stop due to a rental car failure. This was a frustrating and stressful situation, but J & S Towing Company made the experience much easier to handle.When I called, they were incredibly responsive and arrived promptly to help me. I slid into a ditch on Christmas day up in Hepner, OR, in the mountains. My free roadside assistance couldn't find anyone to come get me out, so we called J&S. Not only did they come get me out of the ditch, but they made sure I made it safely to the bottom of the hill. Then went above and beyond again to talk with my free roadside assistance to help me get reimbursed! I hope to never be stranded again, but I'm happy to know i have someone i can count on if any situation comes up. I let my friends know to use J&S!

Tony showed up very fast and was beyond helpful. Words can not express how much my family of 3 and two animals appreciate Tony. He not only towed our suv and Uhaul, he helped us with hotel recommendations, finding something close to food and a convenience store, and gave us the contact info to a mobile mechanic! And then, when we lost our wallet in his truck he was back at the hotel in under 5 mins!What ever Tony is being paid, its not enough.
