Have to prepay but it's the only reliable gas station in Bonanza. It has a smaller selection than the General Store which is diagonally across the street but has all gas station basics, like tobacco products, scratch off tickets, small deli and propane refills etc.

The guy working the night shift tonight wouldn’t even give us water because he was about to close. I’m 35 weeks pregnant and just needed water. Pathetic and extremely disrespectful and rude. Told me he can’t help me because “he’s just trying to go home” disgusting service and should absolutely be fired.

About 30 min. My Husband had to stop the racist men that work the Fast Break in Bonanza from putting Diesel in my Gass truck. Just because there was another customer there that's not speaker good English. He came out so p***** off that he didn't even notice that the other customer's truck was on the other side and it was a the diesel yeah.Hollerin about the fact that he couldn't understand the other customer. Saying some nasty stuff about that customer.of course when I went to their website to get the corporate number couldn't find it. If husband hadn't the stopped him fast break would be buying me a new truck right now.

Purchased a BBQ snack for lunch there is no way anyone could consume this product. Hard as a rock. I think they are selling out of date food to student's who walk to their business at lunch.

Ever since it changed owners the service has tanked. I just got home from my second try at getting propane without any luck. First time was 2 days ago I went into the store to ask for propane. There was a man working the cash register, one lady was bringing in boxes, and the other lady was putting things away. The man behind the counter said someone will be right out. I went out and waited 15 minutes with no one coming out. I went back in to let them know but there were customers by that time and it was too busy for them so I left. Today I tried again. Again I was told the gal is outside pumping gas and she will get you when she is done. Again I waited. After she was done pumping gas she decided that her friends were more important than a standing customer and proceeded to continue their personal conversation which included what looked to be her showing them photos on her phone.. she kept talking like I wasn't even there so I left and will never give them another try. They could care less about customer service.

If I could give them I negative stars I would. They charged me extra for their mistake. They don’t know how to pump gas. They will tell you no self-serve then they tell you to go pump your gas. I can never just go in and out in I am in their for 10 minutes or longer because they don’t know what to do.

Prices way to high and ya wait all day 4 service. Oh and let's not forget the drama queens working there.all in all get gas somewhere else or pack a lunch 4 your wait......
