Thanks for getting us in last minute! VERY affordable. We enjoyed our one night stay, passing through town. We were incredibly happy with how quiet it was, at all hours, considering there were lots of other people. Thank you so much for having us over night, it gave us a spot to park the car and sleep overnight before continuing our journey! The bathroom was incredibly clean, the park was easy to navigate and our little dogs enjoyed the dog park space.

Not a kid friendly place. Senior living community. Almost got kicked out because of kids playing baseball on grass. Not going back until I'm in my sixties.

Riverside RV resort is a park and not what I would term a “Resort”. The Location on the bank of the Chetco is really the superior draw. There is a small boat ramp for small kayakers or canoes. The grounds are pleasant with fruit trees and a cement pathway for a casual stroll. It is great for being close to town. In town there is a Fred Meyers, a Bi-Mart, a Grocery Outlet, and another grocery. There is a liquor store, automotive stores and a Goodwill for the thrift-store treasure hunter. I’ve seen multiple banks and was delighted that my bank had an office. The Park itself is small. There are multiple full timers and their pets. There is a small fenced in dog yard which supplies waste bags and a fire hydrant. My little 11 lb dog didn’t like it. It’s not meant as a dog-run. There is no room in it to run.The monthly price of 485.00 + electric was great. I paid for two full months but only stayed 6 weeks due to a family illness. There is no refund on the unused portion. There are two washer/dryers in the office and one washer/dryer out back the office. The office is closed after 5 pm so you need to use the other if you do laundry after 5.There was a little bit of personality drama in the community but that would not be noticeable in a short stay.As with every park I stay at , I start with 5-stars and tick off a star if there was stuff I didn’t like. I gave four stars because I saw some attitude issues and illogical pet-peeves that didn’t set well with me. Perhaps they would not be issues to another, you are in Oregon and rules are rules no matter how silly they are.Would I stay here again? YES. Maybe in spring or summer but the autumn rain and fog is very depressing!Oh, before I forget. The Wifi and AT&T signal suck!

This place is for long-term and short-term stay. The staff was great when we were checking in. They showed us to our hook up site and guided our trailer in promptly. This location is perfect when you want to explore. It's right on the Chetco river, about a 5-minute drive to the harbor, and a 10-minute drive to the beach. The guests were really friendly. Bathrooms and showers are separate but right next to one another. Bathrooms are locked with passcode that you are given upon arrival. The only complaint that I have about this place is that the showers could be updated, it was like an outhouse shower. I wore shower shoes, there was a draft, not enough lighting or a mirror, and insects were crawling on my items that I had put on the bench once I had come out of the shower.Pros: friendly staff, clean bathrooms, laundry, plenty of space, boat launch, quiet

What a gem! Weary tent travelers needing a place to stay and this exceeded our expectations. Beautiful big grassy site for tents. Very clean bathroom and wonderfully hot showers! Morning coffee with my new friend!

This is a beautiful spot right on the river! Very friendly staff! Clean showers included, Wi-Fi, washing area for your dishes, washer and dryer on site, beautiful river view and picnic benches, secluded and quiet yet only 2 minutes from the heart of Brookings. This is probably the best camping spot in Brookings…

Clean and very beautiful scenery. We even had deer walk through our camp after the the loud barking dogs left at 630am by the tent section.

This little gem is tucked down by the river with beautiful vegetation and green spaces. The owner is as sweet as sugar. Big shout out to Ron for being so helpful and kind to a Rv newbie. There was deer wondering around the park at all hours just lounging and snacking on the grass. The garden area is so tranquil and peaceful. I appreciated the quietness of all the other campers I'm pretty sure most of them were full time at the park due to having outside areas set up like a home with porches or storage. The only thing that was a bummer the person parked up behind my rig was a chain smoker ((barf)) so I wasn't able to run my fan or keep my windows open cuz his horrible smoke would infiltrate the inside of my trailer. The hill going up or coming down was a bit steep and the spots are all back in. Laundry, outdoor showers, good Wi-Fi. I would def stay here again just not next to the smoking man.
