They told me they were open today. When I get there i see a sign around the corner saying they closed for Presidents Day Monday today on Friday!. Why did the DMV employee tell me Yesterday that the were open today all day??.I drove 40 miles one way just to have my time wasted!. This was a great DMV but now it bad just like all the rest . They lie to the public. And Close when ever they want to.! Go To Coos Bay where they at least tell the Truth!.

Honestly the best DMV I have ever been to. I'm from California where it takes all day to get done with the DMV. The place was full and it still only took me 20 minutes. Both times I went I was treated politely and quickly got my paperwork done without any hassle.

We dropped off our truck and they drove us to get lunch. We called when we were done and they came and got us. Thank you very much. We had a three hour drive to get there and then home again. They got the truck in and out quickly since we arrived somewhat early. :)

Having recently moved to Gold Beach Oregon, I had to register 2 vehicles, 1 5th wheel, and get driver’s licenses for both my husband and myself. “Kenny” at the Brookings DOT was the one who helped us with each transaction—as convoluted as they were. His customer service and efficiency are way above average, and are a very welcome change from State employees I encountered at DMV offices in California. I hope Kenny gets this message, and a huge THANK YOU, KENNY!! From, The Hamann’s.

I know, I know! A DMV with 5 stars?Well this one is. The single full time staffer is always pleasant, helpful, and effective. The state should get him some help. I have been there a lot over the last few months for a variety of needs and I am always amazed by his performance.Please treat him kindly and remember to thank him.. He is doing his very best.
