The fraud department stole my money. I was so happy with them in the past. I appears as though they are going down. They have charged me more fees than I’ve ever paid and provided no help on stolen funds.
Go to a big bank. Not a dying bank run by horrible people

Worst experience ever. Had funds removed fraudulently and I was able to the money back so they said to bad eat sand $350 in fees. They wouldn’t do anything. They are such liars. They did nothing to protect my account. Because I got the $1000 back when it was unauthorized they said that was bad. I shouldn’t get it back. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to them. The just want your money. CRAPPY IF ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

This bank is completely confused, they offer online opening for a checking account. But have no clue how to facilitate it. Everyone I dealt with was slightly ignorant and had difficulty with reality. Sure happy they won't be handling any of my money's

They canceled my debit card and closed my account with over $20,000.00 because they did not approve of the way I was spending my money. So now I have no bank just a cashers check. So I'm looking for a bank now.

the worst unprofession banking iv'e ever delt with, not only can i get a call back from bonnie the general manager to find out, what happened to my accounts and there was thousands of dollars in accounts.2 months ago i was opening accout for my office mgr, and had to listen to alysha pachino, complane about her piercing problems in her shorts, not something i want to hear when opening accounts, freaking amasing. if you get your email hacked, don't do business with upmqua bank. i'm toitally astonished by thier actions and still don't know where my money is either? a disabled vet

This is an awesome bank! I have been doing business with them for four years and have NEVER had an issue. They are extremely helpful and the employees are so nice. I would recommend this bank to all of my friends.

I've had other banks in the past, and they don't compare to the great customer service that this bank has. It's all in the little touches like knowing my name when I go in there, not having to wait in line for an extended period of time, popcorn Fridays, and many other things. Staff is efficient, helpful, and always very friendly. I've had an account with them for about 4 years and I've never had a complaint. I would recommend them to anybody.

Bad business ethics . Will over draw customers accounts to collect there paper file fee. Will close account emedetly after 7yrs. With them .. They will give no notice of any process.
