I took my car into Robs , instantly they were very kind & understanding of my situation. I thought I needed my power steering pump replaced as another shop had told me. Luckily they are experts and found out I didn’t and fixed the actual problem . Carter Scott was the guy who helped me . He communicated well and kept up to date on how my car was through the whole process . He was very kind & an excellent employee , everything about working with him was professional. Highly recommend this shop if you want quality work !

Great experience was kept informed of progress and costs. This job was fairly complex but was handled very professionally. They beat the original time line by over 2 weeks and given this was a complete engine swap thats not bad.

Had my Ram eco diesel towed to robs for a loud knocking sound in the motor. I have had a lot of work done at Robs in the past with great results. It was diagnosed that the oil pump pick up tube was plugged and starved the engine of oil, resulting in the motor needing replaced. J.J. worked extensively with my aftermarket warranty company, as well as finding all of my oil change records through jiffy lube. She was able to locate a OEM motor from dodge and after negotiating with my warranty company, the motor was payed for. After diagnostic costs, I only had to cover labor and fluids. I saved a lot! Even after the replacement, when a check engine light came on, I took it in, they diagnosed the problem and after diligently
searching for a part through dodge, repaired it no charge, at all. I've been very happy with Robs in the past and still am. The work is top notch and I was never at a loss for concise information. J. J. Did everything to make me feel I would be taken care of. Craig was also very helpful if J.J. was out or busy with other customers. I never felt out of the loop in any way. The truck runs great and I am very happy! Thankyou J. J. , Craig and the technician that worked on my Truck!!
Took my 05 wrangler TJ to Robs for a lot of needed maintenance.
Brake work, suspension, and front drive train work as well. All work was done expediently and professionally.
After that, I took it in for cooling system work. Brandon was great!
He had the radiator, thermostat housing and all hoses done in 2 days. They are very busy at Robs, so I was very happy it was only 2 days.
Always quality work, and personable!
