I love when you can support a local business that offers quality products, has answers to all my pet question, offers discounts for regular purchases and gives above & beyond service, like today when they carried out my case of food when they noticed my arm in a sling. 🐾 🐾 Chelsie dog and I appreciate Animal Crackers!

I have been a customer for years. Good quality food for my animals they keep a file so I get a free bag every so many bags I buy. They always are friendly and greet my dogs, most of the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. They will even carry heavy bags of food to parking lot if you need assistance. Love love love this store.

We've been shopping for dog and cat food at Animal Crackers for close to 15 years. Between dog allergies, a cat who wouldn't eat most anything, and now a pup that needs a LOT of chewies, we have found what we needed at Animal Crackers. The staff are always really helpful, and I love going in and petting other people's dogs.

Always a great experience. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always offers assistance to my car when I have heavy bags of dog food. I love the rewards program, too. Been a loyal happy customer since I moved to Corvallis 5 years ago. I love shopping local and this store makes it easy to do. My pup Twinkle agrees.

Great place for pet supplies! They offer nice discounts if you buy in bulk and have a rewards system that rewards you if you are a repeat customer.

This review is a bit delayed, but I visited this shop while on vacation a bit back because the pets back home needed their own souvenirs too.
Sian was a great help in showing me what to get my fur babies and even helped me picked out some treats for my senior cat. Granted, this cat never really liked treats before but she ADORES these treats. It's almost like she's a kitten again when I pull them out and I appreciate that so, so much. Thanks again Sian!!

Pretty decent. I like that they are more personalized than the large chains in town. It's also great that they offered some free items for newly adopted pets from Heartland. That said, the selection for cats tends to be fairly low and doesn't seem like it changes much. This is a detracting feature as our cat gets bored easily. The lighting also seems quite dim, which can make the store look less inviting and dirtier, even if that's not the case.
