I started going here for my picky and particular little prius. I keep going back with my new car because the guys who work here are friendly, honest, and do good work. The cost is always reasonable and as a woman, I never feel talked down to or like I'm being tricked or scammed. I highly recommend this place.

Richard and his team are awesome. I've been bringing my older Subaru to them for years, and they have always been able to provide very fast and high quality service. Almost as impressive and important, they communicate issues and costs throughout the maintenance.
I have and will continue to refer friends to Crossroads, these guys are great!

What a fantastic experience we had at Crossroads Auto Foreign Repair. Will and his team are fantastic! Due to getting in the wrong part, they could not fix the problem, so they did not charge me for the labor! I will be using them again in the future. What an upstanding business.

I always have a great experience here! I strongly feel that they are honest and trustworthy. Because of that, I will be a return customer for the rest of the time I live in Corvallis. They are all extremely personable and make you feel very welcomed, too. I had to call and reschedule appointments a few times because of classes and exams and they were understanding. A great place all around and I highly recommend them!

Corvallis, Crossroads auto foreign repair is good repair shop in Benton county Oregon alongside with their amazing employees, owner of the shop and their business property is decent overall for their layout of the repair shop in the area of Corvallis - Benton county that it location is at. Respect and care that they gave, offer is exactly what was given along with the costs of what they charge for price was for their service repair work also wasn't totally unreasonable for what they did and the normal conversations about the vehicle and the one on one of walking person though the details also the service paperwork alongside with talking points with all of that then labor time wasn't totally unreasonable and very respectful to have done automotive repair service work by taking my vehicle to Crossroads auto foreign repair in Corvallis Oregon. Thank you to everyone at crossroads and the owner Richard and rest of whomever else that is involved with this shop. If anyone is interested in trying Crossroads auto foreign repair shop then please consider checking them out.

10/10 would recommend! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable and they went the extra mile to make sure the work was done properly. They also did the job for $400 less than the quote! I’ve found my new mechanic in Corvallis.

These guys are GREAT and HONEST!! Really! I told them I needed brakes or maybe a wheel bearing was going out. They checked it out. Turns out nothing was wrong. They could have taken advantage; I wouldn't have known the difference.

Really friendly guys, great service, and reasonably priced. I had my headlights replaced on my 08 Nissan Maxima SL which is a bit of a task and they did it really quickly and for a really good price. I will definitely be going back the next time I need work done.

Was referred by another grad student. Not the best experience unfortunately. Have been to lots of work shops all over the world. Called to make an appointment for an inspection and the lady on phone quoted $70 for that. Asked again before leaving the keys, and got the reply 'we will figure it out'. The bill turned out to be $140, which seems rather high for an inspection request. Someone also remarked 'we like cash!' at the shop, when I made the payment.

My son attends college in Corvallis and I live 2300 miles away. You can probably understand how important honesty can be when it comes to car repair. My sons car developed an oil leak at the worst time possible before leaving for his internship in Portland. I spoke to Will and he agreed to squeeze me in to take a look. Will found a leaking oil filter gasket. He then replaced the filter, topped off the oil level and looked over the rest of the car. Not only was Will completely honest in the repair process, he also gave me and my son a sense of comport knowing the car is in good shape moving forward. Thank you Crossroads! We'll be back.
