I love to shop at this little store! I know there are some bad reviews so I have to chime in to give my experience. I have been going to this store for years and years. I think you have to go into it with an open mind and not be looking for anything specific as there is no guarantee on inventory but if you go here often, like I do, you are sure to walk away with little surprises that are such a great deal! AND the ladies at the register are always so friendly. If you're looking to make a huge amount of money please sell your stuff yourself as they have to make money here too. Keep that in mind.... But I always take in things that we are done with and just happy with whatever trade $ they give me as I am always able to find something. I feel this store is best for babies 0-3 as selection is harder after that age, but not a huge deal to me.

I love this store, I have a 9 month old and as we all know they grow fast. As a first time mom on a budget this store is my go to. It's clean, it's budget friendly, and it's go a variety of baby clothes/gear. They also have various sales throughout the year, so it's just a nice place to shop. The staff are helpful and honest. I'll keep coming here as long as they are open!

Ugh! I'm totally convinced that anyone who ever works here eventually ends up hating their job... I've been coming to MLC for YEARS and over the years more often times than not the people who work here seem to make themselves REALLY unapproachable, especially when it comes to "selling" them your items. One time I asked "can I keep my items if I don't accept the offer" and she told me "don't bother bringing your items unless you plan on selling it, don't waste my time"... basically made me feel like I had no options other than accepting a really low-ball offer for store credit only that has limitations on what I can use it for. I've learned to approach with caution when addressing the people here. Often times they have an annoyed/inconvenienced attitude here. Seems to be a consistent attitude almost like that has to be on the resume in order to work there. Also, they're a bit shady in the way they "purchase" your items... They don't really have an itemized way of doing things, they're really elusive about what they accepted of yours and what they paid you for it (which typically is an really insulting offer). They sort of have a way of making you feel like your stuff is garbage and not worth much even though people bringing them their goods is what keeps them in business. It's really unfortunate that the staff here are so unpleasant otherwise it'd be a nice little store.

I went in to sell a couple of lightly used car seats and the lady at the front counter had better things to do. She was so dismissive and rude. I would rather give them away than sell them to someone that treats people the way she just spoke to me. I wouldn't buy a pair of socks from this place.

Selection is pretty nice. I'm a little disappointed with how little they would accept when I brought items in to sell and only offered $9 for the 5 items they were interested in out of a full box.

The people in there were very nice! One thing to keep in mind when trying to sell items is they only give you store credit for clothes you are trying to sell. That would not have been a problem if that was made known when I went to drop off the items to be inspected. I looked online as well before I came in and I didn't see anywhere on the website where only store credit was given for clothing items so I was pretty bummed after I waited 45 minutes for them to go through my items. So if you're only interested in cash and not store credit this may not be the best option.

Great place! Really amazing finds in great condition for so much less than you’d find them new. Staff are helpful and really friendly.

I had a run in with the owner today. I took two item in to sell or consign. A bassinet that connects to your bed for safety. Almost 280.00 new and used 3 times. So clean and nice the sales woman asked me if it was ever used. I also had a saucer that needed to be wiped down. Value about 100.00. I was asked to put them together, I did. Then the owner came in to price. A customer was watching because she thought she might like it. Owner offered me 60.00 told. I declined and took my stuff outside to disconnect and put in my car. When the customer came outside I asked her if she wanted to by it. She jumped at the chance to get it for 40.00. Owner came out and asked the woman if she was done shopping. She said yes, and the manager said " your done for good " and walked inside. Mad because she didn't get to rip us off. Will not be back.

Not the greatest place in Eugene for consignment, but definitely not the worst. I got some really wonderful things here at great prices when I had my little one. They've also got a great selection of maternity clothes (which can be so difficult to find sometimes). They are a bit cheap when it comes to buying things back, but that's the nature of consignment shops.

rude and sheisty. when we went back to get the items that didn't sell, she told us "well if you can find them" and pointed us down an isle of clothes. while we were looking, she was hurriedly running all over the store (there was no one else in there) and I just got the feeling she was running to hide the bigger ticket items that didn't sell. she's a theif in my book, and theiving from people who need money the most... low income families. ugh.

Great store! Clean, lots of like-new items for so much less than retail. Loved the friendly people, too!

Lots of good clothing, toys, supplies, etc, at affordable prices. I've sold to them too, and they make it very easy. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because their selection for ages 5-8 is a bit sparse at times.

Don’t recommend coming here went in to get in store credit for a pretty much brand new swing with touchscreen settings on it and original price was 200 and they offered me $20 dollars without remote and $40 dollars with remote and we came in and she didn’t even talk to us Her employee helped us out and you would think that she would be kid friendly she didn’t even look at us or even say anything to me little baby while my baby was smiling at her and only gave me 12 dollars in store credit for a nice baby bouncer and a brand new wipe warmer definitely don’t recommend coming here
