Went in for 1 thing, which I didn't find... left with some cute clothes for my boys though! Prices are reasonable and the clearance section is awesome! The store is clean and not super crowded. I love how convenient it is!

I went to return items that were gifted to me for Christmas from my mother. Just for instore credit and was told I couldn't get more than $100 a year on a giftcard since I dont have a gift reciept and their computer system wouldnt pick up my mothers number. Which has never been the case before and the Assistant Manager Kelley was no help and was quite rude after I asked for her managers number because he was able to help me last time when my mom got my boyfriend pants that were too big and the same situation happend. Which she informed me she could not give out his number so I asked for her name and his name on a post it. And after she did she said "We're done here". Highly unprofessional.

The store is fine but it seems like they are short staffed, since the tables and especially the clearance racks are not organized well. Hope they can get some new workers!

So nice clothing had to go for back to school and all clothes are popin. Only down side is it was SO expensive like 100$ expensive. I bought 7 things, 3 pants, 3 shirts, and some socks and it was almost 100$. The staff were extremely nice if anyone else say they are mean they're bots. But overall 4 stars if i could 4.5 stars but i can't on maps.

The place looked like a hurricane had gone through... Crumpled clothes absolutely everywhere, floors, lying across racks, tables a total mess. Maybe 5-10 other customers in store at 3PM on a Tuesday afternoon. Same amount of employees... Seemed like the morning after a slumber party... Lots of chatter and giggling. I have absolutely nothing against co-worker camaraderie, but get your work done. I felt like I was intruding I'm their space. Only one industrious young lady asked if I needed any help. I don't need to be fawned over, just treated respectfully. Thank you

I've been to Old Navy a lot recently and every time I have been, they have had really good customer service! I hadn't been shopping there in a while, but I will be back sooner this time! Good customer service is hard to find these days so I greatly appreciated it! ?
