We have been using this vet for all of our cats for years now. The staff and vets are amazing, and never overcharge or treat our animals wrong. Love them and highly recommend.

So glad we decided to place our pets care with Happy Valley Vet Hospital. Our first visit was for a surprise wound our cat had been hiding, and they’ve helped us with so much care ever since. We originally decided upon HPVH, despite having a vet across the street from our home, for their special “calm cat certification.” This has been so valuable to us and our little neurotic cat.
They took care of the wound last year, and we returned with our dog who received excellent dental care, and will be bringing in our other cat soon. The team is fantastic, they checked up on our surgery recovering cat often, and they are so transparent in the cost of care. Being given all my options AND the cost AND how urgent each piece is has made veterinary medicinal something g our family can not only afford, but feel very comfortable paying for the care we want for our pets. I’ve never had such a good vet on my side!

I appreciate all the staff, they’re wonderful with my pets care. They all go above and beyond. All my visits have been excellent and they always listen to my concerns and give me options.

I get a return call quickly. I’m able to get it an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Everyone is professional, and efficient.

The front desk gave my husband the wrong flea medicine. Our records show the usual medication, and he evened questioned it asking why it’s not in the box it usually is. I called right away. Manager called me and said they cannot accept return meds. I completely understand this, however asked for a credit to our account so we can get the regular meds we use. She immediately started reading me word for word the guidelines on returning medication. Ridiculous, I wasn’t insisting on returning it, I just wanted the credit for their mistake. She was completely condescending and I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Very happy to find this practice. All staff members are professional and friendly from the front desk to the medical personnel. Our young cat was examined and then while we waited a very brief period in the lobby, she was immunized and had her nails clipped. The test results were sent promptly via email. Highly recommend!

Not our current vet but I was able to get a same day appointment. Current vet only suggested emergency vet if we wanted to be seen. This was something I wanted our dog to be seen before the weekend but not life and death. Called and was seen within 4 hrs. Tested, treated and received medication quickly and at a reasonable price. Will likely be switching vets.

I had a great experience with Happy Valley Vet Hospital! They were able to get my sick kitty in right away. The staff were all awesome and super friendly too! I definitely recommend them!:)

I would give this place ten stars if I could!
I needed my working dog to be seen asap and they were just the first vet in the area that had an opening. I'm so glad they did!
Jill, my vet, was so kind and understanding. I felt very heard & respected by her. Other vets in the past have made me feel uncomfortable or have made me feel like they are not listening to my concerns.
The vet techs were extremely patient with my rambunctious boy. They did the blood draw with no issue and were very enjoyable to work with.
Overall, I am extremely happy with the service I received. Every staff member I interacted with was just lovely, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would definitely come back here, and I will be recommending this vet to my friends.

They always take great care of Alfredo and Rigatoni. I appreciate their education and transparency about realistic approaches with our budget in mind for my cardiac kitten and senior kidney disease cat.
