I boarded my dog here while on a trip to Idaho and I was super nervous because I hadn’t left him anywhere without family before and they were so good with him! He was so happy and excited when I picked him up. They sent me pictures and videos to update me aswell to calm my nerves! I will never board my animals anywhere else!

Our dog had a bladder stone and needed to pee frequently. They didn’t let her outside and she peed all over herself and was forced to sleep in it. They didn’t even bathe her and when we picked her up she was covered in urine….

Not sure what happened, but when we picked up our dog she was soaked in urine as if she had been sitting in her own pee all day. I’m assuming they didn’t let her out to go pee and she peed herself which she never does….. or she was terrified of something….. Either way not happy about the condition my dog was in after only 2 days…

We have been their clients since 2010. They always treat our dogs like family! My Bernese mountain puppy and retriever mix look amazing after they were groomed! I like the big dog runs and they get to play with other dogs! The staff is very flexible if you need anything

My favorite place to bring my kiddos! The dogs always come home happy, healthy, and smelling so clean from their bath. They always confirm that care for each of my dogs is the same as last time and have always been able to accommodate even the most last minute of my travel plans. I love being completely sure that my dogs are in capable hands when I am away. The customer service and quality of care is amazing, I would highly recommend!!

I am so impressed with this company not only for the incredible creats (best on the market in my opinion) but the integrity of the company. Incredible customer severe and product. So please with my new creats. I purchased the large for my Bullmastiff's. Perfect fit!

While I can't give a review on their business, because I've never saught it, I have spent a lot of time at a family friend's home in the area. Often, there's barking at all hours, night and day, that rarely if ever stops. Maybe it comes with the territory, but even just from this experience, I would not recommend Rock Creek Kennels. That amount of noise, as well as being away from home and their guardian will without fail stress out all but the most stubborn, hardy animal. Plus, after reading through the reviews, there are enough incidents over the years that indicate inconsistent levels of service and care. Maybe I'm biased, because I can hear the cacophonous barking from a mile away and can't sleep through it even with all the windows and doors shut... but if a space is so poorly constructed and/or run that a ton of dogs won't settle for more than 10-15 minutes at a time, it doesn't give me a lot of comfort that those animals are getting the care they need and deserve.
