Asked for bayalage dark them some light. Walk out with one side dark no light. The went back and she highlighted that side. Now my hair is blonde ! She bowed out I paid $200 plus 40 in tip and have to have it fixed . 3 weeks later it’s all faded .
Stylist too busy sitting in the back chatting , ends of hair fried. She told me bayalage is a specialized service and comes out different depending on the hair.

Outrageous price...I made the mistake of not asking what the price would be for hair trim & highlights, but $375 is too much! I'm still shaking my head over the fee & find that neither the location or atmosphere warrants the fee.

Such a great environment! I’m such an anxious person and they were so welcoming and bright! Elizabeth got me in same day and was incredible! She took my hair from lower back length to shoulder length and was amazing! Very in love with it.

Liz m at this salon is the best! I highly recommend! She does my highlights and nails it every time. Also I brought my 8 year old and she got a cut! Liz added hair tinsel and we love.
