I took my laptop in for a screen replacement & they ordered the wrong part & it took them 2 months to do a simple replacement. Not only that, but my system ran perfectly before I brought it in, the computer was less than a year old at that point, but now the software is glitching & doesn’t run the same as before I took it into them. Then, they tried to pull the oldest scam in the book & try to sell me a “gently used” laptop instead of just fixing mine. Pretty sure they used my laptop to mine for cryptocurrency, please takeYour business anywhere else but here.

Definitely would come back again if a computer problem comes up. My husband and I have a gaming laptop that was blowing hot air on start up and knew it needed to be cleaned up a bit. First start up since the clean today and I have been greeted with sweet silence.Thank you gentlemen! Much appreciate it! :)

They did fix my laptop. However, they did not do all that was discussed. And, they told me it would be ready by a certain date, then missed it by 8 days - they had to take care of another customer. If this was the case they ought to have had the personal & business integrity or acumen to call me to tell me this rather than give me a bad surprise when I went to pick it up.

Never again will I use the services of this business. $240 to transfer data from one portable drive to another. $60.00 an hour to "Watch"" the data transfer. Had the drive been full it would have been $500.00. Im not all that computer savy and it cost me dearly.Never again!

I've used them several times. The tech had to google what to do with my computer. Even then, they didn't solve the issue. Their techs often aren't available when needed. They overcharged me and charged for time even though they couldn't fix the issue I brought to them. Dishonest business and not as knowledgeable as they should be.

They charged me an outrageous fee, $240.00 to simply transfer data from one portable hard drive to another. 4 hours of labor to hook up 2 drives and press a transfer button. Maybe they had to watch it transfer? They took full advantage of my lack of computer knowledge and gouged me. Maybe 20 min of actual labor then wait for the transfer to complete cost me $60.00 an hour fo 4 hours. Never again will use this business. If you get 60 an hour, why hurry.
