The worst ever.Short staffed and skipped people in line who had waited for hrs.The older lady is super slow and talks and talks to everyone about nothing while the lobby is full.Such a bad experience.Worth the drive to Albany.This place needs to shut down again.

On the Web site said it was open got here it was closed this is so screwed up get the site fixed thanks for wasting my gas.

No Mondays or Fridays, and not open from 12-2. Seems intentionally scheduled to make it maximally difficult to use the service. Albany DMV is much better.
