I wanted to take the opportunity to provide a review for the whole CPM team. I, personally, have not rented from CPM, however, I work in the community helping our homeless Veteran population with obtaining permanent housing. The CPM team has been major help in the finally steps to getting the Veterans housed. They are very responsive to communication, accommodating when needed, and simply put, a huge asset in my work. I appreciate all the help they have provided me, and I know the Veterans I work with feel the same. I recommend CPM to anyone in the market for a rental or even some one who is looking to get a rental on the market.

Love my home, Have lived in my place now over 3 years. Stephanie, has been very amazing and very helpful with all the maintenance or issues that may arise. Really appreciate your help with everything and appreciate being able to have quick help with anything.

When I first moved in where I am, I was skeptical. There was a ton of drug activity, constant foot traffic, neighbors fighting. I wanted to move almost immediately after moving in. But we stuck it out, and I'm so glad we did. Stephanie became our manager and this place has changed so much! No more drug activity, all the neighbors that were causing problems are gone, and she is attentive to the needs of her tenants.

I have had a good experience overall with CPM Real Estate Services Inc.'s Medford office and my with the Residential Property Manager there, Stephanie. All emails and calls are returned and answered. All maintenance requests etc. are followed through and scheduled. She went above and beyond on anything that was needed done prior to move-in, and even did an in-person walk-through herself on the day of move-in to the make sure everything was ready for my arrival, as my movers and I had a six+ hour trip down from out of town. I definitely recommend them!

Stephanie Hicks is my property manager for almost three years. She is incredibly helpful, focused, and knowledgeable. All communications are done in a timely matter. Any services needed are scheduled and taken care of quickly. If the service has a schedule change I'm always notified. I have rented 20 + years in the valley and Stephanie is by far the most professional consistent property manager I have had the pleasure to work with. Cpm has been a reliable source for renting for my family over the years. From the assistants always helping up front to management this is an excellent business to work with for renting in my experiences.

Stephany, residential property manager for CPM, refuses to take calls or call back tenants. We have caught Stephany and the CPM team in multiple lies and when you call them out on it, instead of owning their mistakes and fixing the issues, they come up with some other excuse.
On June 22nd we had put in an urgent maintenance request because the air conditioning is not working, and we have a baby at home. After several weeks and dozens of trips down to the CPM office, (They do not answer phone calls and do not call back) we concluded that CPM and Stephany were not going to help us at all. On July 31st I decided to reach out to the property owner directly. The owner was very helpful and was able to get a vendor to call and schedule an appointment the very next day. Unfortunately, the vendor the owner chose to use has an earliest availability on September 17th. We have decided that 88 days with out air conditioning in the peak of summer is not worth putting our family through. Its sad that it is easier to move everything we own and find a new living situation then it is to get CPM to fix an air conditioner. We understand HVAC companies are busiest in the summer but 88 days?

Working with the Grants Pass office, Melanie, and James were wonderful! Super accommodating and professional. We had to move in 72 hours, and Melanie worked double hard to push her contractors and finish our new place so we would have a place to move into in just a few days! Thank you for working so hard for us!! You are awesome...

As an agent working with multifamily properties I often interact with property management companies in all capacities. The results vary. Not in this case. Mikayla and Colene came through for me big time. This was regarding a sale of an 8-plex and they were always on it! Thank you so much.
