You know- if I ever thought that I could live without New seasons Kalamata bread- I think I would die. ??

Nice neighborhood grocery, there always seems to be one in walking distance when I stay in Portland. Good selection of organic and local produce and bread. A little expensive but not out of line for the quality of the food.

I am in Portland just for the evening and wanted some good food, but quickly, and didn’t want to sit alone at a restaurant. Stumbled upon new seasons market by accident and I am so glad I did! I found yummy vegan foods to-go like the tofu salad roll, sesame noodle salad, and hot spicy peanut soup. Yummers!
Because there's nothing better than sharing good food with good people.
Good people make you laugh when you least expect it. They share your passion for the perfect burger and carry your groceries for you. They leave you feeling a little lighter.
And good food makes us happy, like a handpicked Hood strawberry on a hot June day or fresh-caught salmon straight off the boat. Good food is our reward for caring for this land, our communities, and the local farmers, ranchers, and fisherman who sustain us.
Put the two together and what do you get? A recipe for a different kind of grocery store. A neighborhood market built on the idea that GOOD FOOD BRINGS US TOGETHER.
