Dalton & Delilah deserve a raise

Was on our way to the airport for me to get back home but my father's car was on the verge of breaking down due to a faulty TPS. They live 3 hours away from this place AND the airport so we were in desperate need to get the part replaced within the necessary time frame. We swung by here and Brennen was patient, kind, with the quickness, easygoing and THE helpful team member we needed after a stressful day. Not only was he able to price match from the autozone we originally stopped at (they were unhelpful) but he went above and beyond to make sure we could service the car ourselves in the emergency, and checking in on us while we worked on it and customers came in and out. After some mistakes and dropping some screws (that Brennen replaced or gave us the necessary tools for retrieval), we were up in running! When there was more hiccuping issues we returned and he still had the same kindness and patience with us as they rechecked the OBD sensor. We had so many questions and requests, but Brennen was never bothered, never rushed us, was generous and overall a cool guy. Thanks again Brennen! Give that man a raise 🙌

Brennan was an absolute delight! He helped me identify an internal issue, purchase all new fluids, and even poured my oil! Brennan needs a raise ASAP!!

I wish I could give more stars because the guys who were working Thursday evening (5/8/25) went above and beyond helping me with my car battery. Great humor too. Definitely will be coming back and sending people to you.

The staff here just saved my life!!! I panicked after leaving the store when I realized I didn’t have my phone. Flew back to the store. Delilah, Brennan, & Kenneth all stopped what they were doing to help me look while I was freaking out. Not only did they keep reassuring me, they kept dialing my #, hoping we’d hear it ring. When I had just about given up, I asked one of them to follow me to my car. We could faintly hear it ringing….as Delilah called one more time, Brennan dug through the car with me, and there it was, underneath my seat. I am beyond grateful. They all went above & beyond to comfort & assist me. Without them, my weekend would have been ruined & I’d have gone & spent a mini-fortune getting a new phone. All this, after Kenneth helped me pick out my ceramic wax, polishing cloth, and sponge. Kudos to Zack, store manager, for how he must support his staff! 💕💕💕💕

Great to have this place and the people who work here in the neighborhood. Good prices, always have what I need, and friendly service. They have definitely helped me out of many a pickle while keeping my vehicles on the road. I wouldn't go anywhere else.?âš¡?

Went there again today and the woman behind the counter was one of a kind she was helpful, kind, sweet, informative, nice, and seemed actually happy to.help us out! Sadly SO rare unfortunately these days to find that in a person at work I believe her name was Hailey thanks lady you did great work helping us out! Having a broken truck is always a little stressful she made it go smoothly! Give that girl a raise heck yeah We will be back cuz of her!!!Thanks Again

I am writing this for someone who went to o'reillys this morning. she had a crazy wiper blade issue and could not continue driving. the crew at o'reillys was kind, accommodating and very helpful. they got her on her way!

Needed a headlight replaced. Had no idea which one to choose. These spaces can be intimidating for women. It's rare to see female employees at auto parts shops. I'm staring at endless headlights when a young lady approached me asking if she could help. I was pleasantly surprised to see she worked there. She talked me through my options and even went to my car to look at the color of my headlights so they would match since I only needed to replace one. We picked one out. When the bulb was replaced it was a perfect match with the one I already had. Thank you Kaylee! They are lucky to have you.
