Missing part from my purchase. It took a visit to the store and 3 other attempts to get a replacement. Took more than a month, but finally I got the glass plate turntable and I can use my microwave.

Terrible follow through. We only accepted the Kitchenaid refrigerator at time of delivery because the manager promised us a new freezer door due to a dent in it. The delivery guys also noted it is missing a right foot so he called the manager back and was told they could come out and install one no problem. After 1.5 years of calling and being made false promise after false promise I have sent a letter directly to Kitchenaid to see if they can help in anyway. I absolutely would not return to Standard TV and Appliance as they do not stand behind the products they sell and their word clearly means nothing!

I wanted to buy a new washer and dryer, and because I wanted it delivered to our basement I went with a local company that knows Portland homes often have basements. Jorge was a pleasure to deal with and I enjoyed working with him. I'll be back for the next appliances we buy!
