Great professional people. I prefer this branch for several reasons. Today Ruben helped me reinvest a cd . Gave me solid answers and pointed out all the terms .I left with a feeling of trust and respect . The boss guy here is awesome too!

Fast service. Teller asked if I had an account. Once I responded that I did not she gave me the information and assured me with not issues. Fast and pleasant staff least when I went. A guy came out of a side door and went straight to greeting and asked if we were being helped and if not he would take the next customer. Nice

Have had Umpqua now for several years. Happy with this merger because now there is a drive thru ATM. I've never had an issue with staff , but I don't do in person banking much. Everything is online. My checking account is free every month, and I've always had great service.

Tried to set up a new account. Account finalization process literally crashes their site (not a reassuring behavior for a BANK). Phone support was a 20+ minute wait before I got through on chat, so I hung up. Then chat told me to call the phone support line, and that they couldn't actually DO anything I needed help with. I don't have time for this.For a new customer, this was inexcusable. I thought this would be an UPGRADE from my greedy, shifty national bank. Apparently, you pay those questionable fees to national banks to get minimally competent banking--something Umpqua was unable to deliver at any price.

This bank is garbage. I’ve had nothing but difficulties during my 3month stint as a customer. Awful customer service. You cant even make a deposit via the machine on the drive thru. Even though I’m an account holder-Today, I came in and couldn’t cash a check with them due to some oddball rules. Goodbye and good riddance

They have always helped me in all banking I have had to do. Always friendly and go above and beyond. I have done my banking with this bank since 1973 through other name changes . I hope to continue.
