I have never been so truly offended by a banks employee. This female employee did not appreciate a customer asking questions she felt that any of the request was deemed fit for her to ask of the customer with question and should be trusted because she is a bank employee!Taking a moment to explain the items of information being requested is customer service as good etiquette from an bank member. Not something that you should be bent out of shape about as a bank employee. This is something that you do each and every day it is not something that the customer may be aware of by any means.The first impression was a very bad impression from the West Salem Bank.I pray that her RUDE behavior made her feel better.

I highly recommend MAPS credit Union! I love their team! Always friendly and I trust them to help me with my banking needs. They are so helpful with auto loans, checking and savings, and Investment Accounts. I love that they match my photo and password when I am banking for extra protection.They are all about helping schools and our community!Not the same experience at the others!Salem Art Fair... The kids had a blast!

Convenient location, good parking, competent friendly staff, never crowded, good hours. We've been members for more than 35 years, and wouldn't consider any other financial institution.
