For purchasing cheap clothes wholesale, this store marks products up quite a bit. I purchased a dress and after one wear for 2 hours of sitting and standing, the thread from the strap came undone completely. The staff is not helpful and kind of rude, definitely selective with who they approach. I found the exact same clothing pieces in the mall for much cheaper.
The second location they just opened has a very limited selection of sizes and mainly caters towards sizes extra small to medium for women. I’m hoping that the owner will come around to being more inclusive of other body sizes!

Had such a great experience here finding a wedding dress! Affordable but very beautiful and great quality dresses.. they have a great selection of prom dresses also as well as fun boutique clothing and accessories l. Dio was such a sweet person and helped us with our every needs and made our experience so fun

Took my daughter prom dress shopping. The store is amazing and the environment is so welcoming. The wonderful lady that helped us was incredibly kind.

Cute little boutique with a great selection, super friendly and helpful staff and very upscale dressing rooms! Only reason why it isn't 5 stars is because they told me a dress was one price (there was no tag on it) and I fell in love with it, only for the price to actually be SIGNIFICANTLY higher than what I had budgeted for. That was super disappointing.

My daughter went got a dress, like did it first didn’t like it went to return. It didn’t even have it for 24 hours. Didn’t even put it on after the store and they wouldn’t return it or give us an exchange or something else in the store to me. That’s ridiculous because what if somebody Switched their mind to me everything should be exchangeable or should be able to be returned within 90 days so just heads up everybody and there A good reason why we needed to exchange it

Do not buy a gift from here. If the clothing piece doesn’t fit, even with tags attached, next day, don’t matter they will not exchange.

I loved shopping at this cute little boutique. Went today to find a dress for a wedding tomorrow. I asked the lady working if I could try on one of the dresses I liked and the response was so extremely rude. Her response was “ that dress runs really small. It’s like a junior size small. The dress doesn’t even fit me in that size I had to go with a large in that dress.” Instead of that comment I could have tried to dress on and figured out if the dress was too small for me or not. I did not try on any of the dresses and left. Very sad because I really liked that dress and the boutique.

This store is the cutest! I just have to write a review about my experience today. I came into the store because I didn’t have anything to wear for a wedding later today; I’ve been traveling for weeks and thought I’d have enough time to shop after coming back, and of course I didn’t. The 2 women working greeted me super friendly and they were up to the task of helping me find something cute quickly! I explained my timeline, they asked for a few guidelines, and we got to work. It was literally like a shopping scene in a chick flick ? we were all running around grabbing things off the rack for me try on. Within 5 minutes, I had about 8 gorgeous dresses to try on. I found the one and was outta there within 20-30 minutes of coming in! The employees were FANTASTIC. They were SO kind and enthusiastic in helping me find something that was the perfect fit and color in such a short timeframe. Also, they watched my coffee for me while I tried things on! I have browsed in this shop a few times prior to today, and I knew that this would be the perfect place for me to come today in a crunch. Thank you, Winslow!!

I hardly ever do reviews, but we were last minute shopping for my daughters prom. Came from out of town went to the mall first. Options were OK but several employees actually said to check out your shop. It was the best decision ever what a beautiful boutique, and made my daughter feel so special, we will make the drive for each event after this! The selection is the best we’ve seen anywhere!

I cannot say enough about the outstanding shopping experience I had at Winslow Boutique. Beautiful environment. Outstanding selection and stock. Very knowledgeable and sincere staff. The manager was impeccably helpful without being smothering. My 2 teen daughters were in search of formal dresses for an event and this shop was an absolute gem to find. Prices were absolutely on point for our needs. 6 teen girls excitedly trying on dresses and no one seemed irritated or put out. We ALL enjoyed ourselves immensely and I left there feeling delighted to give them my money! What a blessing to have such a terrific place to shop in Salem!

I love Winslow!!! Such an experience! They had a very large variety of items for lots of different styles and every time you go in, there's always new stuff to temp you! Downstairs is my favorite part of the shop and if I wasn't already married, I would definitely be coming here for a wedding dress! Party dresses for me though, and goodness they have a stellar selection! The staff is also very friendly and great to work with. Totally recommend stopping in for your own shopping needs or a gift for someone else, you can't go wrong!
