We broke down at Crater Lake and they responded fast and communicated during the 1-1/2 hour tow. They professional and friendly and made the whole ordeal easy.

I ended up broke down on the side if the road and after hours of working with a friend trying to get me truck going again I had to call a tow truck. Harlan was there within 15 min and had me hooked up and on our way to my friends house. After a few days of working on it he still couldn't get it going and I had to call Harlan again, he went and picked up my truck and took it to the auto shop no hesitation. I later met him at his shop to pay him. He is beyond friendly and always willing to help. His prices are fair and I would highly recommend him anytime. Definitely the only tow company I'll be using from now on!! Thank you Harlan for everything!!

Car broke down outside Crater lake on the Labor Day weekend and they still came out to get me. Helped me find a place that would be open and able to help as well. Super friendly and did a great job!

I had a flat tire on my boat trailer while returning from Diamond Lake to Medford. I failed to have the proper lug nut wrench for the trailer. I called Shady Cove Towing and they hit the road to come rescue me. A State Trooper stopped and helped me change the tire. I called Shady Cove Towing again as they were in route and they turned around and refused to charge me any Money even though they were already nearly to my location. Nice and professional people. I would not hesitate to call them again.

Witnessed 2 employees in a white flatbed on the way to prospect this afternoon swerving multiple lanes and aggressively changing speed. Forcing our group on motorcycles onto oncoming traffic to avoid shady cove towing from slamming into us. Driver appeared intoxicated. A towing company should be saving people not causing wrecks.

Me and my husband were on vacation and our alternator died 3 miles from the top of crater lake… this amazing company came to our rescue and dropped the car off at Napa then helped us find a hotel and showed us all the places to eat… helped was so informative and super friendly… 100/10 definitely recommend!!!!

Oh boy, I cant tell you enough how great the owner of this company is. My car lost its alternator at the top of crater lake and he didn't have a problem coming to help. He delivered our car to where it needed to go and even took us to a hotel. He is so polite and easy to work with. Given where we were stuck and how far he had to go the price was fare.

He unlocked my car before he realized all I had was AAA that he does not take any more. I did not have money to pay him so he told me not to worry about it just give him a good review. He was very polite, and knowledgeable.
