Cody is the best! He helped me so much with the resizing process for my engagement ring and has always been so timely, patient, and professional. He also fixed this bracelet for me that broke in a very difficult spot to repair. We have loved every experience with Kassab.

I lost a baguette in my diamond ring and went in to see if they could replace it. My issue was I was going out of town in 2 weeks time. I worked with Zahra and she was fabulous!!! She got the quote to fix it in 2 days and got it back to me with more than enough time prior to my trip. They replaced the baguette and refurbished the ring so that everything is now nice and tight, and cleaned it so that it now sparkles so nicely! She is wonderful to work with and I was so thankful that they could do this in such a short timeframe. This is my new go-to jeweler!

Relatively new to the area and this was my first experience with this Jewelry store and more specifically Cody Freeman the actual Jeweler on site. I had a necklace that has more sentimental value than actual value being silver, but it had a jump ring that would constantly open causing it to fall off my neck without warning. Cody not only welded and polished it up on the spot, but did for an incredibly more than fair price. Everyone at the shop was beyond friendly. With most jewelry being basically equal these people are reason enough to shop here first! Thanks again Cody!

I took my vintage heirloom ring in to be looked at and they were able to get it back in the perfect condition it’s supposed to be, and even warrantied the work! Cody was awesome help and was able to pinpoint everything that needed fixed, everyone else we worked with was very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this place

My experience with Kassab Jewelers was over the top. John Chhim's communication, integrity, industry knowledge, and follow-through was excellent. When John said he'd do something he did. His "yes" meant yes, and his "no" meant no. I felt like John truly cared about me on an individual basis. I didn't feel pressured or rushed in order to make the purchase. I am so thrilled with the ring selection and will definitely recommend John and the Washington Square Kassab team to anyone looking for a great jewelry purchase experience. Keep up the awesome work everyone, it really means a lot to me!

Please go to this store, if you want to be treated very rudely, condescending and demeaning ways. We wanted to give this jeweler a try for a minor repair. I inherited a 18K gold Necklace with a very unique and intricate design from my mother. When we took it to this jeweler, a middle aged man at the front desk greeted us. He stared at me in a rude way and questioned me where I got it. Why? What does it matter to him where I got it? After I told him this was a gift from my mother( she happens to live in a foreign country), he said to me in a very condescending and demeaning way "Well, I see it's said 18K, but sometimes it's not. Anyway it'll be about $125 to repairs it". What??? If you are truly the expert, simply hold and feel it, you would know right away whether it's real gold or gold plated. He was so rude, ignorant, had no emotional intelligence nor any common courtesy what's so ever. I was so upset for this horrible treatment. I took it back from his hand and calmly declined their service and quietly left the store.
