Purchased a Eli Fedora made by Bailey Hat. I like the ivy color. I have a few other Bailey Hats. This one is slightly overpriced for a 91% propylene hat out of China. FedEx shipping was very fast. The packing on the other hand was horrendous. The external of the box was in pristine condition. On the inside, there's a bottom cardboard support ring and a top cardboard support ring with the hat in between and they basically had just crushed those support rings inside the box so they basically were useless. Due to that, the hat band on the outside was damaged. The foam that typically is a secondary protection was not even placed in the proper position. So again, that was useless. You would think when you spend this kind of money that a business would take care in packing a product. I have purchased many different fedora's from different companies. This is the first time I've a come across a lousy packing job that damages the hat. I can't even reuse the cardboard supports for future packing. Say for instance, when I want to travel. And I don't want to deal with the hassle of shipping it back because there's no guarantee I'll get anything better from them. And this is trivial but their competitors throw in a pack of foam hat fitting pieces so that if the hat is slightly too large for you you can add the foam inside the sweat band to make it fit properly. It's not a lot but it's a nice little touch that shows they care about their customers.
Lesson learned.

The worst place to get a job!!! Especially in finishing department! Upper management totally plays favorites! Who rubs the shoulders of their employees???? They know exactly what they’re doing!! They didn’t like the way I drove my car, so they fired me!!! GTFOH! More like a Cult.

Saw this hat at my usual hat place , unfortunately the weave style pattern was discontinued .they were limited to stock on hand S & M , took me three days to find somebody with a large still on hand and they were closer to home ( Reading / Adamstown ) it is a Kangol hat and is called “Red /Cherry pixelated Grunge plaid 507 “ I love it and it’s a keeper . I do not know if they have a brick and mortar location or what it may or may not feature but WWW. Hats. Com worked very well for me . Ordered it Sunday received it today the 25 th of October

Absolutely horrible place to work. Extremely unprofessional. Outdated everything with systems that make zero sense. Employees are all high on something all day, racist and unfair managers. Do not recommend.

Friendly staff, fast unloading, reception starting at 6 am, circulation is through the first entrance after door 4, unloading dock 14 (back of the same building). A little small space for maneuver.
