Made an appointment for the location in Hopewell Shopping Center as I have done every year for the past 5 years get confirmation this morning confirming my appointment only to receive a phone call from a very unprofessional person canceling my appointment for today reason being she stated the person you are scheduled with is the manager and she doesn’t do tax returns REALLY then how are you the manger of a tax place? Web site states there are 6 available appointments today and I’m told we can schedule you for the weekend so unprofessional I will not be returning to this location and will make sure the 8 other people I send there don’t return as well!

Jeff Helterbran is very proficient , professional and was able to complete my taxes quickly even though my income was a rather confusing assortment of dividends, interest, capital distributions. I feel very confident with his handling of my taxes.
