On September 10, 2023 at around 13:40pm I stopped at the pharmacy. The lady who attended my request was so rude. I'm thinking about looking for another pharmacy.

I have been going to Weis Grocery Stores for a long time I used to go to Fogelsville but Cedar Crest is more helpful and their staff is awesome I just want to commend everyone at the White Cedar Crest store they've helped me out quite a bit and they should all get a pat on their and with this phone it just translates what you think you're saying it's the Weiss Cedar Crest not White Cedar Crest

I just went there for their weekend special. They are basically sold out and they will not have any more until Sunday night. They Well, not right a rain check and he did not care that they ran out. So why would you run a special for a weekend . if you're not gonna carry the product. Is that just to get people in your store and try to sell them something else? Call corporate all they were saying sorry about that. You can talk to the manager, but what is he going to do? He can't give me nothing. So if you just wanna get scam, just go to Weis market.

What a shame. My local daughter has finally convinced me not to shop locally at the Weis S. Cedar Crest store, after 7 years. The store has been in decline for the last 3 years.Selling nearly outdated perishable products is the norm/ ie., ketchup bought last week expires in 7 days.Deli service is awful. Decreased hours. Poor out dated quality cold cuts.Limited seafood and butcher meats.Should get zero stars.Only one lane open for checkout.I don't know what Jonathan Weis is up to?

Once upon a time (likely in a Galaxy far away) Weis Markets earned a fine reputation. The last era of this was probably the 1980s. The manner in which it's directed today would have its founder Sig Weis turning over in his grave. There are some Weis Markets probably better run than others but my experience has been that it's rare indeed. This particular store at 365 Cedar Crest is abysmal. I suspect very high employee turnover. It's obvious that management does little if any training; cashiers and other store personnel, even the ones that might otherwise care to help, know little that would assist a customer: where certain items are located, why a promotion does or doesn't apply, why the so-called discount card isn't recognized by the AI, and a host of other behaviors that would have any typical Weis employee dismissed in a New York minute from Wegmans or any other customer-focused operation. If they've had any training at all it's how to deny any understanding of your needs and pass you off to customer service at a desk that is frequently unattended. Nothing special about the pricing or the quality of merchandise that would be strong enough to set aside the substandard management. Store is marginally clean and reasonably organized. Once in awhile a meat or produce employee might actually go out of his/her way to assist. I have had several positive experiences over years, but until they start acting consistently like a professional organization, I am "outa there." I live very nearby and go out of my way to avoid this store. I'd much rather drive the extra mile to Wegman's or Giant. AVOID THIS STORE. THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT RESPONSIBLE MANAGEMENT LOOKS LIKE AND FEELS LIKE.

Love the store. HATE Brenda at the post office at this Weis. Older white woman who is horrible and rude. I came in 20 minutes before closing to mail a package and she REFUSED me service and pointed at the door and told me to leave because she was too busy. Brenda wouldn't even let me wait in line to try and see if she could mail my package!! At least try!!! My husband waited in line for me after I was told to leave and she was just as rude to the point they had to get a separate cashier off the floor to assist her because she was so slow on purpose with her customer to not get to us. She then argued with the cashier that my husband couldn't pay with his CC, wtf!? I called the manager Sean who got an earful from me about her horrible service. I guess there are multiple write ups about her bad behavior and complete disrespect of others. The last time I tried to mail a package when Brenda was working some high school kids were mailing care packages out to friends and family during covid and she started complaining about the amount of packages they were mailing to the customer she was serving. THIS IS NOT OKAY WEIS!!! Please let this employee go! She refused me service on the day she was supposed to be working late according to her manager!

I almost always go to this Weis as it is close to my home. So far haven't had any issue until this morning. The cashier (middle aged) Lisa is very unfriendly, not even a hello, a smile or thank you. She didn't tell me how many reward points I've accumulated. Nothing. I don't know if I'm an Asian has anything to do with this but she was very talkative with the customer in front of me, saying hello and telling her how many reward points she has earned, then saying thank you to her. I notice she was saying hello and cheerful to the customer after me as I walked away. I hope this is just an isolated case or I will reconsider not coming here again as Giant is not too far away.
