They scammed me out of $25 by not explaining the terms of a return correctly. Never shopping here again. Called customer service and they told me there is absolutely nothing they can do. Horrible company.

I shop at TJ Maxx all the time. I worked at TJ Maxx and know how it works. First off, trying to get. Spice rack and employee Renee was standing in between us chit-chatting with another employee and never asked if she could assist. We had to ask her to excuse us so we could reach what we needed. Then there was one cashier and 7 people in line. We were overheated and all waiting. I alerted a manager to see if someone could help check. She said “there’s not that many people only 3 or 4” and then tried to show me where the line was like I’m an idiot. People had begun inching passed the wait point trying to make it go faster. Why would you argue with a customer?? I was really disappointed, but Mary was a GREAT cashier

Love TJ. It’s my go to store. Sure, it’s hit or miss, and ours isn’t as big as some in other cities, but it’s still got a great selection of merchandise that you can’t find anywhere else locally which makes for unique gifts and fun purchases.

Lots of nice stuff this was my first time there . The store it's self was ok and the employees where nice and helpful . Only one down fall the bathrooms are not the cleanest they could use a good cleaning and maybe a little sprucing up . Maybe add a table and some flowers or some pictures. I get it it's a public bathroom but it would be nice to walk into a bathroom with some color or something

Decent T.J. Maxx. It was clean, the employees were friendly, and we all found higher end clothes at a good price. I think thats why most people go to TJ MAxx.
