i have banked with them for the past year and recently due to this covid-19 things have been a bit stressful for everyday life, this bank has made communications and transactions simple and pleasant with reassurance of a bank doing the right thing due to these times currently

Every account I have, plus my business credit card access is handled by Citizens Bank for many years now. This is the friendliest bank I've ever dealt with and the personal service is exceptional. Kudos to the staff.

Nothing is bad about this Citizens Bank location. It is convenient, in a good location, close to a Wawa and has friendly staff. Unlike other areas of this parking lot, here the parking is fine. Plenty of handicap parking as well. They have an ATM machine out front it is a little old, but it serves it's purpose. They also have a drive-thru where you deposit or withdraw quickly. The only issue is that there is only one ATM so lines can form. The staff here is nice and friendly. A few of the staff members can be a bit too personal at times and it can get awkward. Lines are usually fine, but when lots of people are in at once it can get long. The staff over talks so it over complicates everything. They also have a nice selection of lollipops, which I am always in the mood for.

I have been a member of this bank for over 2 years and it's time for me to move on. Over the past few months I have had some security issues with my account and every time I try to get them resolved they try to add additional services to my account. I am always feeling pressured to sign up for these additional services and just want my initial problem solved. Its like they are trained to get you in there so they can gain more of your business. When I first signed on it was because they told me it was easy and with no hidden fees. What happened? This bank needs to get in touch with what their loyal customers want and they are just not getting it. I hope things get better at this branch but for now I am moving on.
