I really liked the bank when I first moved to the area. Most of the people who work here are delightful....BUT...all it takes is one bad apple. I had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting this sour woman. I was waiting outside of the branch and although it was supposed to be open, it was not. It was a sweltering day to be waiting. Rather than apologize, a woman arrived in the parking lot and told me to back away, so I did. I was on the phone with Wells Fargo asking why they were not open during their regular hours of operation at the time. Employees should arrive prior to opening hours and prepare to open on time. This is not the case here. I told the personnel on the other end of the phone conversation that it is ridiculous that they are not open on time and the woman ,who was unlocking the bank door ,quipped at me that I am ridiculous. Once inside of the building, she locked up and came out again, locked up and looked at me like I had three eyes.This is my regular bank, so I do not understand the attitude and lack of timely opening. She darted back in and locked up again. At this point, I had been standing outside for 20 minutes in the heat, so I went to another Wells Fargo. This is unacceptable, so I am switching my accounts out of Wells Fargo.

I did a network switch upgrade. Very nice staff. I worked with them in the summer on their pc upgrade. They give the best customer service they can. If i had some money i would open an account there.

This location is 50/50 depending on who are you serviced by. I believe they have 3-4 employees there. And I'd say 3 are great but there is one that upon entering the bank will do everything in her power to show you her attitude and how annoyed she is with your presence. Starting with getting change Depositing checks to simply asking questions. She's is just a miserable human being I just called to check on their hours She answered and after I asked question she answered quick “yesâ€. I said “thank you†expecting “you are welcomeâ€. Instead CLICK!! She hang up. Serious chip on her shoulder !!! Someone should review this location because she is ruining it for other employees who are super nice and helpful!
