Just went to the post office in Aston. They do not have passport services which they say they do on their page when you look it up, I asked the person behind the counter the past it along that they do not and she said there’s no one to pass it on to obviously customer service is going down the tubes

Had my package stolen from the post office 5 deferent times and each time they tried to say it was never there or it was already delivered place is a joke

They open and close when they want, sometimes they close for lunch, if you need to close to have lunch wait till after lunch time, always understaffed always a line, they need a spot to send pre-paid packages and just give a receipt, you don't need a human for that

There is way too many bad reviews in here for these persons to still have a job. They are putting other people addresses in the wrong PO Boxes and are extremely rude! They put the gates down and never come back. They close early. They do whatever they want to do. Please post office do something.!!!!!!!!!!

Not sure what staff was on the clock on 7/26/24, but I went to the post office at exactly 3:13pm to a sign saying staff was on lunch break at 3pm. Why are you taking your lunch break less than an hour before the post office closes and why isn’t that known on Google so that people don’t go out of their way to waste their time, money and gas.

Never had in issue with this place. Most recently, I went in for a passport renewal, the lady there helped me a ton and even caught that I was shipping to the old PO Box and corrected it. Got my passport very fast thanks to her.

Worst customer service ever. Late opening and don’t even give the 6-7 people waiting in line a heads up and maybe an ETA on when they may be open. Problems are part of normal sometimes but it takes 5 seconds to say “sorry we are having an issue but hope to have it cleared up in the next 10 minutes”. They haven’t said anything. It’s rude but it’s what I’ve come to expect from this location since the prior guy retired.

Unbelievably the rudest employees ever!!! These people don't want to work, or help anyone, the woman with the pink hair didn't speak a word, it was just lip smacks when she waited on us, told her to have a great day and it was more sound effects... She should be fired immediately!!!

Ugh so many whiners reviewing this place, god forbid an employee who is working by themselves all day gets to take a break and grab something to eat. Don’t listen to them, these guys are awesome. They do a hell of a job for being short staffed. Best post office in the area.
