I needed a last minute haircut and NoelSy was able to squeeze me in! I was welcome by Fiona and Stephanie at front desk right away. The environment is light, airy, clean. John washed my hair and gave me some great haircare tips! I received my haircut with Celia and she was awesome. Super professional and friendly! Listened to my needs and helped transform my dull dreary mom hair into something lighter and fun! And luckily for me she is from an area where I was heading to go on vacation, she was able to share some super helpful information on the area! I will be back :) Truly appreciate everyone here.

DO NOT seek the services of this salon. DO NOT. Also, notice that the merchant doesn't really seem to care about negative reviews. Most others will publicly reply to apologize and repair their reputations. Not Noel Sy., I'm happy that others are finally coming forward and revealing what this place is truly all about but I'm sad for the folks that had to go through the trauma on your bank account, your hair, and your heart, though. This place needs to shut down and go away. Make room for some new blood. BTW, if you read my review, know that they vigorously exercise their right to refuse service. Super unprofessional, unkind, selfish. Their colorists need serious additional training.

my hair was destroyed. it’s been over a month and it’s still so botched I cannot leave the house without a hat. The staff are nice enough but that doesn’t change the fact that my hair was absolutely destroyed. They removed four inches when I asked them to leave the length, and left me with the worst unblended and choppy layers. I don’t know how to fix this, and I’ve debated posting this for awhile but I can’t get over this.
