I was amazed at the stellar customer service by the associate in store. The store was packed and he handled all customers efficiently. He was a wealth of knowledge, answered our questions and wanted to make sure we understood exactly what we were getting. Stu Wallace is a professional! Highly recommended!

Stu, who was just filling in at the Vanport PA store, went above and beyond to help me upgrade two phones. I cannot convey how appreciative I was to Stu for all the help he gave me. This was the best experience I’ve ever had at Verizon because of Stu.

Tiana had exceptional customer service. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all of your products and it was the smoothiest transition into a new phone I have ever experienced! Employees like this are rare; she is a keeper! I would travel to her store in Warren Ohio to receive that kind of service! She was filling in at the store in Beaver, PA. She deserves a raise!

Jacob was AMAZING! He helped me get a new phone and transfer lines to a new account. He was extremely professional and made the whole experience very easy and not stressful at all. Jacob went above and beyond for my family and I, and made sure we were all 100% happy. Highly recommend!!

I went to this store to get my own version account. I was meet with Jacob. He is an absolutely professional and amazing individual. He is so helpful. I have had to come in a few times with some bill issues and he was able to resolve them in a matter of minutes. Definitely, come in for Jacob. Great place because of him.

I called the number listed for this location and Jacob answered. He was so helpful. I had questions about internet service for my home.He went above and beyond! He answered all of my questions, sent me a link to make sure I qualified for the promotion before having me take a trip to the store. When I texted him back, he immediately called me from his personal phone ( because his shift had ended and he was driving home) to advise of my next step.He was pleasant, knowledgeable and verykind!! This will be my #1Verizon location from now on!
