Wife went to 2 dealerships prior to here was was declined service due to her 3rd party warranty. Crystal was able to look at her car on call without any issues. They found then issue to be with the torque converter and even though they were unable to help they were very helping in recommending a local transmission shop. They also didnt even charge her for the diagnosis. Definitely would recommend

The heat in my car was not working. I took it here and they diagnosed it was my thermostat. I paid $208.82 for the repair. A couple weeks later the heat stopped working again so i took it to a Nissan dealer. They told me neither thermostat was replaced and showed me how to tell. When we called Christel they were very rude and said we were questioning the integrity of the boss. Don't go here. They do no stand by their work because they don't do any work!

Garages are not my favorite place to be, as I'm always suspicious of the costs they charge. That said, this place is the only garage that has ever brought me into the back and physically showed me the issue with my vehicle. That does loads to help me trust them and was exemplary customer service. Not only that, but they got me in on two consecutive next-day appointments (the second was for new tires they had to order). Great service, expensive (but that comes with the territory), and good down-to-earth people who know a lot about cars.

A few years ago this shop completely ruined my transmission after completing a fluid flush and refill. They ended up not filling the transmission with enough oil and the transmission completely ate itself alive on the PA turnpike 2+ hours from home. My insurance company totaled my entire car. After calling and speaking with the manager to get me in touch with his insurance company to cover the damage, he offered to put in a "like new" transmission for me with a "shop warranty" that had no real paperwork accompanying it; all if I agreed to keep it off his insurance and deal with the shop itself for a proper repair. Shady, shady, shady. Thank god I was smart enough to decline and had to basically force his insurance information out of him. Fast forward to today, I take my car to a very small mechanic in the area that has worked on my family's cars numerous times and does great work. Because he's so small he does not have emissions equipment so he takes the car to Christel's for emissions. I had no idea he did this until now when this next issue arose. I get the car back and realize they have stuck my emissions sticker over my windshield tint and it will ruin the tint in future years when I need to be inspected again. I returned to the shop and asked them to remove the sticker and I will pay for a replacement to be put on in the section cut out of the tint for such stickers. The man at the front desk tells me the sticker already has to be removed from the car and brought to them so they may send it back to the state. If the car is on the lot and I'm willing to wait, why can they not take the 10 minutes to remedy the situation and do it themselves? His answer to this question is to have my tint guys cut a larger hole to accommodate the sticker. If they would have taken the extra 2 seconds to carefully put the sticker on in the first place, then they wouldn't have to remedy this problem down the line. I have never seen a shop be so lazy in the first place and even lazy when a customer is asking them to remedy the mistake. During this whole interaction, this man at the front desk is talking to me like I have no idea what I'm even saying. Women beware, every single time I've dealt with this shop their whole staff is demeaning and rude. Not to mention the shady characters that seem to be always hanging out in the front with the mechanics are completely sketchy. BEWARE
