fantastic service. great staff. Chris K was amazing. Went in on Sunday the 28th to switch my phone over to the hubby since his was 3/4 g and soon to be phased out. Chris was so helpful. We have had cricket for over 10 years and NEVER got services like this in the midwest! got everything from my iphone switched so the hubby could have it. I got a new galaxy and we couldn't have been happier. So easy and painless. This store is the only one to go to for anything you need help with. I can't sing praises enough about Chris!

Heather my Sales Associate was very helpful, kind and courteous. I came today to upgrade my phone.
She transferred my data and helped me pick a bundle with case and screen protector.
I am very happy to now have a store close to me. Prior I had to travel to Altoona. My experience with Cricket has been excellent.
