I’ve had Rachel wait on me a few times - she is always pleasant! I drive a bit further to Heidelberg store because they are all nice, but Rachel is the most pleasant!

I had excellent experience at this store returning several Amazon items with the help of one of their employees named Brian. He is so polite and good at customer service. He made sure that all the returns were done meticulously and in timely manner even though it made him work little over the store closing time. Thanks Brian.

Jim had my Amazon return processed faster than the time it took me to walk up to the counter. I don't think I spent 20 seconds in the store before I had my receipt and was walking back out the door. Always enjoy this location, they're fast and friendly

Jessika was a wonderful woman. You are very fortunate to have her as a representative of your storeShe was kind and caring. I’m a senior citizen and not able to lift heavy things. I was returning two big items and she went out to my car and brought them in for me and then she had patience while I try to look for the return slip that I needed to return these to Amazon, and she was very patient with me. I would recommend her for any kind of outstanding customer service or employee certificate

The service was really quick and very kind. Jessika was awesome!! The sign out front says they are under new ownership and I can tell! It’s been a little while since I’ve been here, but there is a complete change in the attitude of the staff and the efficiency! Looking forward to returning in the future!

The best service I've received in the Pittsburgh area since moving here from Washington, DC on the 3rd of the new year. Finally, good, friendly, courteous service. I retired from store/district/retail management after 41 years--PGH, Baltimore, New Orleans, and 28 years DC. I was shocked and dismayed to see and learn the lack of service behaviors in all PGH. Perhaps Covid was the cause, but not in the DC market. Then I met your Jim.Refreshing, polite, friendly, and helpful. " How are you today?""Let me get you a box." "Can I throw that away for you? " "I'll put this in the shredder bin." "Thanks for using UPS!" A wonderful representator of UPS. Please ensure he's aware of his compliment, and thank him for representing UPS delightfully.I thank you for Jim.....THANKS JIM!!!!

I often come here for Amazon returns. The staff is great, including Jess who I met for the first time today. While returning some huge car part boxes, she was helpful pleasant and very funny. Never had a bad experience.

Thieves work at this location. Dropped off a package of mine fully enclosed with layers of duct tape... I was out of town and looking to mail a package of stuff back to me... tracking shows that the item never left the store in which I dropped it off, but somehow my package gets damaged and then the box gets disposed of... but the real kicker is that UPS requires when there is damage to have photos of the box damage... and wouldn't you know.. there was no evidence of the damage to my package. I have of course filed a claim, but it wont even close to cover the value of what was inside that box. So be careful if you choose to drop off your package here... your contents may end up in the back of one of the employee's vehicles at this location and they will use UPS's damage policy in their favor and leave you out to dry.
