Fantastic practice sessions. Lorean is top notch instructor. Her voice is soothing, and her directions are concise and easy to follow. Every session I think was the best, only to have her do a better one again and again.

What an awesome experience/adventure Lorean is an amazing instructor.. if this is your regular thing or you just want to get going into it this is the place...the studio and the instructors all have such an amazing energy.
