I went into this appointment terrified. I have passed out every time I get my blood drawn— until today! Shameka was an angel. She let me lay down and look out the window so I didn’t even have to see any of the draw. The needle didn’t hurt and 3 vials were filled so quickly. After it was done, she let me take my time getting up and even brought me a piece of candy to help adjust from the blood loss. I am so grateful and impressed by her kindness and professionalism!

I actually enjoy coming in. The staff goes over and beyond. Extremely nice . Shout out to Shameeka ( I don't know if I spelled it right but I think she is super)

Incredibly unprofessional woman working at the check-in window. If your job is Customer Service it would be helpful to not be incredibly dismissive and rude to the Customers who are choosing to bring their business to your company/location. Luckily I had a hardcopy of my prescription, otherwise she likely would have refused to help me at all, but when I mentioned that my Doctor had added (1) test (which was in the system) she looked at me like I had three heads and simultaneously just ruined her day. The Lab Technician who drew my blood was perfectly fine, hence why (2) stars instead of (1).

I loved going to this lab corp I have always had bad and rude experiences with other lancorps but this one is my favorite location. Staff was amazing and so friendly and professional. Loved the lady at the reception!

Amazing staff and such a positive and friendly atmosphere from them. It was my first time at this location since I moved, and from now on I will always come back here and tell my family to. I was truly taken care of by Shaneka (I hope I got spelling right!) and my nerves were totally calmed and replaced with smiles.I made an appointment in advance on the website and I barely had to wait! Definitely recommend.

Horrible experience from when I signed in to when I went to get scene. The receptionist and one of the workers were arguing over how to file paperwork correctly in front of the patients instead of trying to work things out civilly. Also if you need help it’s like pulling teeth to get an answer. Avoid this location as much as possible.

They refused to see me without printed out paperwork even though the email stated none was needed and one of the receptionist tried to get me to download an app that was $29.99 to fax over the email. I ended up driving to New Jersey for proper help.

I was here a few times I was here on 9/30/2022 both technicians were very pleasant better than the 1 white woman who used to be there. Today I don't know who was worse the white woman or this short african american she was rude and had no personality and could not use the word please she was ignorant.......I usually do not write reviews, I kept my mouth shut on here about The arrogant white technician and when i was there last friday I was teasing the 2 techs about her and made them laugh

I had an emergency urine test done on 9/16. I explained how important it was and was told by the receptionist I should have results by Monday 9/19. It is now Friday 9/23 and I still have heard nothing. They don’t answer the phone or respond to voice messages. This was a terrible experience and I would strongly recommend patients find another company to use for lab work. You are just a number not a patient with labcorp.

My husband visited today for a blood draw and the receptionist/lady who drew your blood was SOOOO rude. He didn’t have paperwork and she basically treated him like trash after that. Then proceeded to throw the items for the blood draw around and stick him so hard he know has a huge bruise.Seems like she needs an attitude adjustment or a new job. If you don’t like dealing with people, don’t work in the medical field.Never a reason to be rude for no reason! Unacceptable, we will never use this facility ever again. I plan to spread the word too!

I recently underwent a brain tumor removal, which left me with ptsd. Needless to say, getting blood work done for the first after the surgery had me scared to death. This lovely woman Shamica (sorry if spelled incorrectly) was so kind and caring and when she took my blood, I didn’t feel a thing. She removed my fear all together and that was a gift she gave back to me. Thank you so much! You are a star and this facility is lucky to have you.

Just SUPER charming and helpful staff! Do you have questions? They've got a question in return for that! Need some expertise? Why don't you spend 10 minutes staring at an empty reception chair and Google it, you'll be better served that way.

Just had the NICEST lab tech take my blood with zero pain!!7/15/2022It was so quick too! No paperwork since I was in the system from last time! (Usually I have to do paperwork/answer questions regardless of how many times I’ve done it before)
