The worst bank branch I have ever dealt with. Nobody ever knows what’s going on. I plan to switch asap. They say one thing and do nothing. They give me the wrong information which wastes my time and costs me money. They act like I’m a bank robber when I try to withdraw MY MONEY… just use a credit union….

Outdated business practices made me uncomfortable and proved how disconnected they are from the current reality.1) An unsolicited gatekeeper comes up in your face when first entering the bank, demanding to know the reason for the visit. Why? If I need help, I can ask for help! If I know where to go let me go about my business. The entire bank doesn't need to know my business. Self-service channels like your app don't have a gatekeeper; follow their example.2) I've noticed this toxic habit of a more senior employee always breathing down the teller's neck and watching their every move. WHY??Is leadership not adequately trained that they resort to micro-management? Customers notice this type of toxic business practice.Conclusion- I'm 100% switching to a bank that doesn't have branches since they know the expectation and habits of a modern customer. The legacy banks are not worth it.

The absolute worst service ever. The tellers are extremely rude and essentially just ignore the line of customers patiently waiting. My debit card was stuck in the machine and they ignored me for an hour until I finally got help and they said it wasn't in there and they couldn't help me because they needed to close regardless of the fact they had kept me waiting for an hour. They did not even look for my card I am certain. Absolutely horrific bank experience. Go elsewhere.

Have gotten $50 worth of quarters before from my favorite employee, then go in today and the brain dead branch manager said only $25 in total change and that 1 dollar bills counted towards the change. absolutely ridiculous

Ask for Jennifer,She has been such a great help.She showed me how I could save and pay for my sons college.We reviewed the many options PNC had to offer.I know live in Florida but when I visit Philly I stop by to see Jennifer to make sure my accounts are good.

People beware ! Worst bank ever don't deal with them they are thieves !! I deposited money they asked my social . I.d , business address etc Very rude hope fdic will Shot them down for violating the law !!you need to sue them even in small court that will teach them how to behave and make them bankrupt

Inconsiderate. Fearing that I lost my card at the atm 20 minutes prior, at 6:04 pm I returned to the bank and knocked on the door to explain my situation. Not only did they attempt to ignore me, but once they were finished motioning to their expensive wrist watches, they sent someone to speak with me - but from behind a glass door. Couldnt even hear her. Im about to withdraw my cash and find myself a new bank, one that respects the human aspect to our feverish american capitalist system.

The experience you get here is the best. The staff is so friendly and are very helpful. They really get to know you. I keep coming back here because it's pleasant every time. I recommend this bank, 100%!!
