Bought bagged fried chicken. It was soggy, undercooked and bloody. Bagged nuggets were dried out. Purchased a tub of whitefish from the manufacturer Acme., that was bad. Altogether a bad experience. Never coming back, a total waste of money.

Self-serve kiosks are deplorable. Staff is always irritated to "clear" the checkout kiosk hangups, especially Pam. Horrible customer service. No one smiles or greets, why do you work there and bring your misery along with you. Doesn't take much to say hi or have a good day or just smile a nod at you. Good grief

I just bought an Apple gift card, I got in the car and went to redeem it and it’s telling me the code is invalid. So I go back in to Weis and they tell me “no it was approved , you need to call Apple”. So I call Apple. “ it wasn’t not activated it was voided , you need to go back to Weis and ask for a refund”. I called Weis and got no answer, so I tried Apple back only to be told again that I need to go back to Weis for a refund.
These companies need to do better. Extremely disappointed that no one can help me and now I just lost money. I guess I just need to forget about getting my money back. I will not be back to Weis for a while after this, I will be taking my business for groceries and gift cards elsewhere.

A great selection, especially the meat department. The cashier, Keon, was very pleasant but not overly so - a perfect middle ground I wish was more common.
