I was in Canonsburg this week on business and preparing to return to Akron when my water pump on my 2011 535xi failed, I looked on the web for the closest BMW dealer and found Bobby Rahal.It was very close to closing time and AAA did their best to get me there before 6:00 but we missed it by about 10-15 minutes. The place was locking up but the Service manager was still there. He wrote me up a repair order and got me a loaner to use while they repair my car. Shortly I was on my way home.Next day the service adviser called took my warranty information, sent me the video of my vehicle inspection and got my car in the shop. By Friday my car was fixed and I went back to Pa to pick it up. They also test drove it and washed it before releasing it.All the staff at Bobby Rahal are so friendly and they took such good care of me and my car that I will always be grateful.I have never had a customer experience like this, they are the best.

This place is a machine, but in a good way. The attendant greeted me before I was even able to shut off the engine once I entered the service bay to check me in. Aaron was very friendly and got my vehicle checked in fairly quickly and over to the loaner counter. Loaner vehicle was new and very clean. My vehicle needed a part to pass inspection, which took an extra day, so it was nice to have the loaner. My car was washed and returned ready to go the following day. Very happy with the overall experience here. I’ve visited BMW dealerships for service in Boise, ID, Columbia, SC, Charlotte, NC and Daytona Beach, FL and Bobby Rahal BMW is right up there as some of the best service for BMWs that I’ve experienced.

Phenomenal customer service. I caught a nail in my tire on a road trip from Florida. Not only did they have me sorted the next day, Mr. Sior in service processed the road hazard claim for the tire through the dealership in miami and had me out the door in less than 90 minutes. I could not recommend the service department more - and Matt Sior in particular. Thanks y’all for keeping me on the road!

Don’t waste your time shopping here. I own several BMWs and they refused to sell me a x7 for no valid reason(After running a credit check and approving the credit app). Do you self a favor and shop else where.

First time here since I'm working in this area...Great experience. Two things with my car, nothing major, but in and out in an hour 45. That's a new BMW dealer record where even an oil change can take 3 hours.Work done right.Now I'm considering not going to my "home" dealer again and just coming here when I'm up this way.

The salesman Cory Bak was showing me a car with very little knowledge about the car itself. Went on a test drive, when the regime started smoking and producing a burnt rubber smell. The salesman stated it was just from the change from heat to cold on the climate control. When we returned from the test drive, which I didn't drive, the salesman didn't show us anymore vehicles. So we left. The salesman then sent me a letter from the address on my license; they copied for the test drive. The letter stated the dealership pays attention to detail. Yet, they spelled my name wrong on the letter, despite having my license.

Beware of this dealer. I attempted to buy my second BMW from Bobby Rahal but they messed the deal up from the beginning. First, Damon was extremely rude and condescending when discussing my trade and while trying to lowball me. Then, after moving on from him to another sales team, the salesman, Dave, provided me false information regarding how the courtesy trade process would work, only giving me correct information at the last hour, screwing me out of thousands of dollars on a deal I had worked up with a potential private buyer. Rather than make it right, Kim and Rahal refused and so I backed out of the deal. Just a really bad experience with a rude, condescending and misinformed sales team, who cannot be trusted. I will be purchasing my vehicles elsewhere.

Just moved to the area last month and went in this week to have my car serviced. Everyone I encountered was so courteous and knowledgeable. The service was Excellent and the price was good too! I will trust this dealership to take care of my vehicle any time!

I bought a used Honda today and worked with Dave Teres at Rahal. It was a seamless experience and Dave was pleasant and professional throughout the process. I have no complaints - would buy another vehicle from Dave in a heartbeat. Overall great experience.

Was interesting in leasing a BMW X model. Spoke with Tom, scheduled and completed a test drive. Expressed at that time my continued interest in leasing. It was suggested that I wait for the 2023 model to come in over the next few months...most likely October. October came and went without word. Tom had both my email and phone number to contact me. No communication whatsoever. By December I ended up trading in my VW Atlas and leasing a new VW. My experience with Rahal BMW was essentially a complete waste of my time.

I recently purchased 2023 M4 from Bobby Rahal BMW and traded in my 2018 M4. I had a wonderful experience with the sales advisor (Jordan Jesse). He was very professional and prompt in responding to my queries. My initial order got damaged in transit but dealership was honest in sharing the details of the damaged car and were nice enough to not only re-order the car immediately but also gave me a discount on MSRP to honor the pricing as per the initial order.
