Always something. Rather it be the ATM taking money and not counting it. Or my personal favorite, the ATM not being able to take cash, causing me to overdraft and get slapped with there insane overdraft fee. Can't wait to get away from this place.

TL; DR: probably a fine bank according to the guy in the parking lot, but my experience was not great customer serviceI went in to learn more about their business accounts. I waited a few minutes and was approached by an employee with a printout of required documents. I explained I just had some questions and wasnt prepared to open an account. She told me once I had these documents, I could schedule an appt to set up an account. I asked her to explain the documents and she referred me to the websites to get them. It seemed like that's what she was prepared to talk about and our conversation was over, so I awkwardly asked the questions I came in to ask in the middle of the lobby. Between each of her answers, she reiterated they were short staffed (there were two tellers and three other employees, and I was the only customer right then) and my best bet was to set up an appt and bring those documents, among reminding me that this information was probably on the website. I asked her about interest rates, and that stumped her, but she did remind me it was probably on the website before going back into her office to check. I stood in her doorway as she navigated the website, which she did have to search around a bit - it didn't seem intuitive. Finally, she got to the interest rates and we looked at them together... but not before she told me two more times about all the information on the website.Listen, I'm a young 30-something, I know about the internet. I took time out to specifically go to the brick and mortar bc I'll be interfacing with my bank a lot for business stuff. Sell me on why I should be banking with you. For me to go in there to be told all my answers can be found on the internet felt not great to me; it felt like I called the customer service line and got the automated machine instead of a human. I also knew they had a promo going on before I walked in there that she didn't even tell me about for new accounts. I don't remember any of the answers to my questions bc I was so put-off by being shrugged off.She didn't sell me on the customer service, their interest rates aren't great compared to other business accounts, and well.... if you need any more information, it's probably on the website.

After patiently waiting over 25 minutes to have one paycheck cashed because of a direct deposit issue with my company and asking the branch manager to waive the five dollar fee for my company… NO was the answer! WOW??Ladies were very friendly the manager was absolutely disappointing I’ve never heard of somebody saying no to a one time five dollar fee waiver, stay away!!I paid $5 to sit in a chair for 20 minutes??♂️Ohhh! And I asked for big bills… I was told they’re all out lol ??Edit- it was a very positive enjoyable experience throughout the whole process up until that, No need to reach out to me thank you.

This credit union is very up to date on all of their services they provide. My partner just switched over his personal account with them two weeks ago. They offer the 200$ bonus after so many direct deposites. With most offers like this You think well this is too good to be true. Most offers like this you have to call the bank and hassle them for the money that you were promised with signing up with them, but instead the money was there after one direct apposite and on the day we are leaving for vacation so having that extra bonus was definitely a big help! I will be adding myself onto his account and we will continue to bank with them in the future. We joined because we want to take over the family home. But like most middle class families we need guidance with our finances. We hope we can one day soon have a Morgage with them and retire comfortably. Thank you Clearview!

Visited this location to open a checking account after financing a vehicle through their FCU via the dealership. After waiting 10 minutes while several people did nothing (chatting and drinking coffee), I thought well I will just deposit into savings if they don't have the time for me to open a checking account. I asked what the hold time on a check will be and was told "$$$ immediately, the balance within 48 hours"... when someone finally is available to add a checking account to auto loan and savings account, they state there will be a 9 day hold on the check... really because the first person said $$$ immediately and the balance within 48 hours... then they ask the first person and they come back with $$$ immediately was correct then a 9 day hold on the rest... again not what the first person said and since you didn't know the correct answer the first time, likely you are wrong again here. Really do you guys even know your own policies??? This cost you not only a new customer for your FCU but I will also be refinancing my vehicle and not discussing what was going to be my next question... refi on my home. Good work, no time for customers (while you chat and drink coffee with employees not customers) and when your done with coffee, you provide incorrect answers to very basic questions. No thanks.
