Anytime I've been here, the lady working (I believe her name is Sarah) is always so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She goes above and beyond even in very small ways, and it doesn't go unnoticed. I believe she's the manager of this canonsburg location, just incase i got her name wrong - she's the one with the awesome hair. Highly recommended this location for any and all cricket wireless needs.

I purchased a phone for my father who lives out of town. Sarah was so helpful and very kind throughout the whole process. She actually took the time to set up the phone for him to make it less confusing for him to use. She went over and above for us. I highly recommend this location and Sarah. Ask for her, you will be so glad you did!

I just visited your canonsburg PA cricket wireless store because I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. Your employee Ian gave me top notch service. I have been in the store four or five times and this is the first encounter I had with this employee. I appreciated him so much more than your other employees at this store. He was so helpful and very patient with me as I am an older person and do not completely understand the operations of my phone. He set my new phone perfectly and I appreciate his expertise. I am a current Cricket customer and was looking to purchase a new phone that took great pictures. I visited two other locations locations prior to visiting the location in Canonsburg and walked out due horrible customer service. In all honesty, this was going to be my last attempt, and if I found the customer service to be just as horrible, I was ready to switch carriers. When I walked in the door, I was IMMEDIATELY greeted by Christian. He came out from behind the desk to talk to me, to ask what I was looking for, asked my budget, and took the time to show me different options and answered question after question. He was polite, professional, kind, funny, and knowledgeable. When I was there, he was alone and handled multiple customers at a time, making each of us feel valued. He has outstanding customer service skills and a lot of personality. YOU are VERY lucky to have such an employee. Not only did I purchase a new phone but felt like he valued my business. I don't take reviews lightly. I mean every word. I traveled out of my way to visit this location and happy that I did! Great job, Christian. I will definitely refer you to my family and friends.
