Not a bad place to purchase or upgrade your cell phone. I'll only buy phones for the flat out cash price, no payment plans. I've been using cricket for years. I have four cell phones, one for me and one for each of my boys with unlimited data, messages, and calls for one hundred dollars a month. The only bad thing about this store is if there's any other customers, you can expect to wait at least twenty minutes. And they don't always have everything in stock.

Anytime I've been here, the lady working (I believe her name is Sarah) is always so nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and down to earth. She goes above and beyond even in very small ways, and it doesn't go unnoticed. I believe she's the manager of this canonsburg location, just incase i got her name wrong - she's the one with the awesome hair. Highly recommended this location for any and all cricket wireless needs.

I purchased a phone for my father who lives out of town. Sarah was so helpful and very kind throughout the whole process. She actually took the time to set up the phone for him to make it less confusing for him to use. She went over and above for us. I highly recommend this location and Sarah. Ask for her, you will be so glad you did!

I just visited your canonsburg PA cricket wireless store because I dropped my phone and the screen cracked. Your employee Ian gave me top notch service. I have been in the store four or five times and this is the first encounter I had with this employee. I appreciated him so much more than your other employees at this store. He was so helpful and very patient with me as I am an older person and do not completely understand the operations of my phone. He set my new phone perfectly and I appreciate his expertise.
