I found the customer service here to be great. Kris went through the crucible to switch my phone over to MetroPCs from StraightTalk (never get StraightTalk -- take my warning).Very satisfied and thankful for your efforts, Kris.

I went around July/2019 and I was treated nicely. And the service was quick. I've been using metro for a couple years now and don't plan on switching. Recently added another line to my phone plan which I think is pretty cool that metro does this now. And now they are paying for my amazon account as well. Win - win!

She is a terrible salesman... Im trying to switch over from cricket and it honestly just seems like she could less about my business. Ill never buy anything from her or her store ever after today and neither will anybody i know. I live in canonsburg and i will drive to the metro in Washington or Pittsburgh first!
