My senior parents’ experience:
Told washer would arrive between 8-12. Got a call at 7:15am. They were not awake or ready. Installer mixes up the hot and cold water hoses. They called to report the issue. No one can come fix it for 2 days. Whatever third party is doing deliveries is making Home Depot look bad.

DO NOT BUY FROM HOME DEPOT!!! Bought a washing machine and the “extra protection plan” through Home Depot. The washing machine broke within months. Home Depot will not take the return and wants no part of helping fix it. I had bought a chest freezer from them before and it died in months, I had to take the loss on that as well. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING AT HOME DEPOT AGAIN OR RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!

Nothing but issue after issues at this location. I am a pro customer and today is the last day I will ever use this HD. I had to wait for almost 15 mins for them to locate and bring me my order.
Ot the first time this has happened. Also in tge past they tried to give me open and partial cases of tile, incomplete orders, or wrong items together.
Stay away from this HD location unless you like your time wasted or having todo the employees jobs.

We needed a canopy for community yard sale coming up next Friday and Saturday so we went to this store. I was disappointed with the small number that they had in stock and none on display which I realize they are large and would take up a lot of floor space. But they were seemingly concentrating on the table umbrellas. Many on display with outdoor sets. If you need an outdoor set, go here. Prices seemed reasonable. The help is wonderful, kind, knowledgeable and polite. That is so nice to see. So nice to be greeted and not ignored. Seems like a nice area to live in. I should check that out. I will try to revisit my stores that I forgot about pictures. Only excuse is I am 77 yrs old and yes a bit forgetful. A bit????? Oh well time waits for noone. Unfortunately I came home and ended up ordering one from Walmart. Better prices and selection on line.
