I was in the building industry for 36 years. I always heard about Nitterhouse but never connected with them. I had occasion to visit their facility, and I was super impressed! They cover a LOT of acreage and have nearly everything imaginable in masonry, retaining walls, pavers, statues and ornamentation, all types of stoneand mulch, Stihl power tools and an awesome hardware store! The young ladies that helped me were capable and knowledgeable. If you're into masonry... you have to meet this facility!

If you hate the lack of customer service and knowledgeable help, stop going to those other Hardware stores. This store has a lot of stuff per square foot and you will find things you can't get at other stores.

Went to the discount outlet on Saturday morning. The lady at the office was very nice and helpful. But the forklift operators were less than helpful....went down and showed them my papers, they said they'll be there soon. They were not. Loaded my own stuff after waiting for 20 minutes..
